I'm giving 4 stars because they have always been very helpful when I call and the driver was very courteous and on time.However, I'm baffled by their logistics. I'm sure it must make sense in their system somehow, but, It doesn't make any sense to me. I have twice had a very large item delivered from Tennessee to my home in north Fort Worth. In fact, my home is less than 10 miles north-east of this Fort Worth station (184).In both instances, the item from Tennessee comes in to the Fort Worth station (184), but, they don't deliver it from here. Instead, they drive (almost right past my house) to take it to the Farmers Branch station (389). From there, they will scheduled delivery all the way back to my house in Fort Worth.What sense does this make? The gasoline cost and the delay inflicted on the delivery with this transfer seems very much askew.Again, the people have been great to work with, but, it would be much less expensive and take less time overall if the deliveries weren't being driven back and forth from out of the way stations.

Extremely crowded facility. You don't have much room for maneuvering. I strongly recommend taking a right immediately inside the front gate (the only gate) and circling around building counterclockwise. You may not be able to spin around with a 53' trailer if you don't.

Kelly advised they would deliver between 8-12 am, no one arrived or called. I called them, was told three more stops before they would arrive. NO ONE SHOWED, no one called. I missed work all day. Poor communication and respect for customers. I left a message for a manager to please respond Can’t keep missing work. Will keep you posted.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Poor communication, they won't give you a call if your shipment is late, which has put us now a week behind schedule and possibly two weeks. If you try calling them, don't bother you'll you be on hold for over an hour and then have the call dropped. Then even if you do try to call your representative, when you try to put in the extension number it goes straight to voicemail. Doesn't bother to call back or email you back. Wouldn't recommend this place for any personal shipments or for any companies to have their shipping done through.

Joel the manager is not good with employees. Will work you till you pass out or injury your self or others. Part time employees he expects them over 8 hrs a day so does Daniel. Anything so they can look good with company don't care about employees well being.

Called multiples times, no answer, they hang me up 7 times. So as soon I am calling they are somebody ready to hang the call. Th trucks are loaded, and they are backed up, so that is no my problem. I will never buy any item that ESTES do the delivery.

These guys will not answer the phone or return calls. I get it they’re busy and I wasn’t going to leave a review based on that alone but the driver was extremely rude both on the phone and in person.

I have been having a lot of problems having my product delivered, excuses after excuse.They have schedule my order 3 times and still haven't it delivered. They guarantee you shipment on time, was not meet.
