Stephany is the piercer that messed up my cartilage piercing it’s so crooked it hurts nd I had to take it out went to another piercer and he said it was done wrong

My husband and I went to have piercings done with Jay! We got 10 done in total and it was a fantastic experience. Jay was professional and knew what he was doing. We will definitely be back. Tattoos are next on our list.

I got my septum pierced here and it went by super quick, great placement, fantastic service, felt like i was in really good hands the whole time. And i got my nipples pierced today, they were slightly inverted so i was looking for a reputable place. 100% recommend this place to anyone who asks, it was super professional and well done. Love this place and I will be going back for any future piercings or tattoos

I'm extremely disappointed with Epic Tattoo! Specifically the artist HIGH NOON who wouldn't work with me on my $200 deposit when I woke up very sick and called immediately to let him know that I could not come that day! When I made the appointment and gave the deposit he told me that it goes on a case to case bases and that he was the tattoo artist and could override it if necessary. He kept my $200 and would not let me apply it to any other day. Then I asked if I could come in as a walkin and he would not let me even though on the Facebook page he has availability posted daily! I am a single mom with four kids and I couldn't afford to loose that $200 which was a gift! Ultimately I found another tattoo artist who informed me that High Noons work was shotty and way out of line cost wise! Also he was vaping during my tattoo session and it clearly states in the facility not to smoke! I definitely DONOT recommend this place or him!
*Edit- The response I got from the "owner " supposedly was full of lies and HIGH NOON shouldn't say he can " override the contract if he won't!
Also they are perfectly okay with smoking while getting a tattoo which can lead to infections !! I would definitely reconsider this place to save a headache!!!

I drove all around looking for the right tattoo shop and boy did I find it. Epic Tattoo on N. Beach and my artist Cody were so awesome. I had wanted this tattoo for over 10 yrs and so I decided that I was going to finally get it for my birthday and I'm so glad I walked into Epic Tattoo. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, they are the best staff not to mention one of the cleanest shops I have been in. I have several more tattoos that I want to get and discussed them with Cody, and when I go to get them, Epic Tattoo and Cody are the best. Thank you all for a wonderful experience, there's no place better than Epic Tattoo.

Took my daughter to get her nose pierced here. Customer service was on point. Jay did an amazing job. She was super nervous and scared it would hurt. She didn't feel anything! We were in and out within 30 mins.
