Got a rental here with my car in the shop. They took care of me despite being at the wrong location. Had the car over a month. No issues and easy in and out both visits. They even took me to and from the collision center.

ZERO STARS!! Go to Hertz instead!! I had a scheduled car repair through my insurance company, received an email from Enterprise to confirm the details of my rental, received a reservation #, then 4 days later when I went to pick up my reservation I was told they only received the reservation 30 minutes ago. The email didn’t actually reserve a car, and if I wanted a rental I would have to pay $16 extra per day because they only had SUVs. They weren’t helpful at all, only gave me a card with other Enterprise locations if I wanted to call around. I called around wasting an hour with no results. I called my insurance to see if there was another rental agency I could use. They changed my reservation to Hertz, which was closing in 40 minutes. I called Hertz, and they went out of their way to assist me in getting a rental that day. They picked me up from the repair shop and rented me a vehicle after their closing time!!! I will be recommending Hertz to everyone from now on!!!!

Good customer service. Didn’t have to wait long and it was a smooth and easy process getting and returning the car. Would definitely book again!!

The Enterprise team are extremely professional and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way from scheduling to pick-up to return. I would highly recommend Enterprise to any of my friends or family if they need a car rental.

Wife rented a car. Had a tire that was going low. I stead of giving her a different car they sent her to pep boys and she had to wait an hour to get the tire changed. They made a bunch of excuses. Said that there were no comparable cars o the lot. Should have upgraded her to a different car even if it was more expensive. DO Not Go here

The contact before this claim reservation was great. Communication regarding what to expect on pickup day was clear.I was picked up at the Caliber Collision location as expected. Once I got my car, my rental experience was positive.

This enterprise location is the absolute worst. I had to get a rental from them for when my car was in the shop they are very slow and they don't pay attention on what car they are giving out because when I went up there the first time I was supposed to be given an intermediate car that enterprise and the insurance company approved on but by the time I got there they didn't have any intermediate cars and put me in a vehicle that wasn't agreed on and I didn't know until after the fact so now I am waiting on a refund and I have been in contact with the manager Rickey and he will not answer my emails or calls. He keeps saying it will show up on my account for 2 weeks now and still has not and won't get back to me. Then yesterday I needed a rental and I called to confirm the reservation to make sure it will be ready for me to pick up since KIA was paying for it. They couldn't find my reservation that KIA set up for me so the lady I was talking to put me on hold for an HOUR to try to find out where my reservation was. Then finally an another lady answers and says" how can i help you" so that told me they completely forgot about me being on the phone or just put me on hold and hoped I would just hang up. I told that lady I was on hold for an hour cause she was trying to confirm my reservation with someone. I told them Rickey confirmed the reservation with KIA so he should have the information and of course Rickey wasn't there for them to ask him. Then I got a call from KIA while I was on the phone with enterprise and told the lady i'm going to put her on hold cause KIA was calling but she just hung up. Come to find out KIA got a hold of someone there and said the reservation wasn't set up! This place as no communication what so ever and they do not care about there customers at all.

I drive a pickup. They were nice enough to put me back into a pickup, because I need one. But. I’m 5’2” tall. There was no step for me to get into the truck. As a result I hurt my back having to skip, jump and hop to get into it. My back still hurts, but think about that when renting trucks to short girls.

Stopped in to pick up my rental my insurance company lined up. In and out in less than 10 minutes. This location is great to deal with!! Avoid the Weatherford location at all costs.
