I went to EECU on 2/29 and received immediate attention (less than a 10 minute wait)! Kate, my banking advisor, was thorough, friendly and helpful (She helped an old lady find her glasses ), Thanks Kate!

The lobby was clean, services were rendered however the staff was not welcomed my or friendly. They are getting the job done but kinda doing bare minimum. I was simply there to cash a check but the woman handling my transaction did the bare minimum of communication while the gentleman helping an older lady did not seem to be able to answer her questions and did not try further to resolve her issue of an address change she had not requested. heck the security guard was more friendly than the both of them. Based off your clientele I would assume costumer service would be more important.

I have been with this place for so long. They've hated on me and my spouse ever since 1998. When they moved to Clifford we thought it might get better. It didn't. Long story short. The people. They are just not friendly. (Please don't call me, EECU) if you want to actually help, TRAIN your people. Start with Hello, I'm "Katie" what's your name? How should I call you? Or, how do you say your name? Let's start there.

Went in Friday, 11/24 to make a quick transaction, which went well and as expected. However, on the way in & on my way out I spotted what appeared to be some type of "security" dude in the back corner all slumped over & looking like he was half asleep. Thank goodness EECU is NOT my main financial institution because if I has to visit that location and ever had to depend on that guy to keep me safe in the bank, I'm happy that I carry my own protection...wonder what he gets paid to sleep in that chair? 3 star because transaction went smooth and timely but hey, EECU...do better with making customers feel safe in your branch!

Kate is amazing and is always professional and personable. EECU is the bank that is more like a family. If your not banking with EECU you are definitely missing out on a perfect banking experience. Plus they have the best rates on all loans, credit cards and their money market is the best!Give them a chance before make that next big purchase. You will not regret it!They will truly put a smile on your face when you see the rates.Before you go to the dealership and let them shotgun your credit! Go to EECU and get a pre-approval before you shop! They pull one hard pull on your Experian and your done! Go to the dealership of your choice knowing that they are not going to take advantage of you.Take my advice! Join EECU as soon as you can.

Just had an auto loan done with EECU. This is my second loan, my first loan went really smooth, but there were some issues this time around. I feel like I had to jump through hoops to push this along. First issue I had was with the intrist rate. I have perfect credit, low DTI and a 6 figure income and I had to fight over 3 days to get the best intrist rate because I was lied to initially about what my intrist rate would be. Second issue is, I was lied to about getting a payoff on the loan for the vheical I was getting a loan on (private seller). I was initially told due to the vehical being past due one month payment that the current lender wouldn't release the loan for payoff amount, this was a lie. After having the seller contact thier financial institution we found out that it was infact EECU that had an issue, this took us an extra day to get this figured out, an EECU employee confirmed that I was lied to when i called back with the new information. All in all my dealings with corporate EECU were very stressful. Now once I got ahold of someone at a branch my experience changed. Kate Ferris at the White Settlement branch was very helpful and provided A+ customer service. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, KATE FERRIS IS THE ONLY REASON WE DID BUSINNES. EECU needs to get thier help center "Support" team more training and knowledgeable information about the job they have. Living to customers because you don't know, is still a lie and is unacceptable in the banking world.

Very difficult to deal with if you get hacked. The severe punishment makes banking with them almost impossible after that. Otherwise great.

I have had a great experience with EECU. They are always very helpful, Very good loan rates and recently had a very good customer service experience with Raquel Stewart. She was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my issue was handled. What more could you ask for

I've been a customer for 8 years. Used to be a fantastic business with great customer service and value. I have both personal and business banking there. Maybe it's because of the economy but this bank no longer cares about the people who have been there for years. Customer service is exceptionally slow but friendly. In fact the people at the branch are really good at their job but recent changes in lending policy is a slap in the face to it's long time customers and clients. Don't waste your time trying to build a banking relationship with this bank. Thank God I also have a great banking relationship with Frost Bank where I have a personal banker who knows me and my business and helps me and my business in every way. For you young people just starting out it is imperative that you find a bank that values you as a person and customer. Willing to be there in If you just need a place to cash your check then EECU is one step up from Walmart and it will do. I owe it to myself and my family to have a real bank (one that does not penalize us for their, the bank's, poor decisions) as we go through life. Just thought I would warn anyone who may care.
