OMG!! This was the best customer service and car buying experience I have ever had. Carmen and Frank were truly helpful. They answered all my questions and went over and beyond to get me the vehicle that I wanted. It was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Drive Casa Fort Worth and I will definitely be back for my next purchase.
Fast Forward 5 years later. I went back to Drive Casa to get another vehicle. This time was even better than the last time. Cici and Frank did such an amazing job helping me get the exact vehicle I wanted and everything was done super fast. CiCi went absolutely crazy with getting me a really nice low milage SUV and I promise I didn't deserve it. I'm happy with it. I mean not even 50k miles.
As great as a salesman was unfortunately I'm taking my review back already. Whatever you do under any circumstance DO NOT BUY THEIR IN-HOUSE INSURANCE. They will repeatedly charge you for it even though you are providing them valid and verifiable insurance. They absolutely refuse to accept it even though they have a full declarations page and an insurance card with a full VIN. But they have repeatedly given me non-sensical technicalities on why they can't remove the CPI off my account. They WILL AND HAVE DISABLED MY CAR because I won't pay THEIR insurance. Even if mine is good invalid they don't care they want to charge me for theirs.
At this point I have opened a case with the Texas department of motor vehicles and if they keep on a certified letter to the Texas attorney general and I will take them to court. Bad credit doesn't mean zero money in my pocket. And that's all a lawyer talks. Because they damn sure didn't disclose to me that my valid insurance needed to fit a specific format in order to be accepted they just pressured me into the CPI and now that I've added it they won't remove it so they can charge me.

Cici was big help with my vehicle search. I came in for a 2017 and was able to leave with a 2020. No complaints here I would definitely recommend Drive Casa to anyone who is in search of a vehicle. just pull up and ask for Cici.
