I hadn’t even physically been here yet but the woman who called me to obtain ins info, who calls herself the “Practice Manager”, has already made my experience with this place the worst I’ve experienced! She’s very prude and could care less if she had or didn’t have you as a customer. Forget about feeling their practice goes above and beyond for you, they don’t!!! She’s a horrible representation of the establishment. If you want to feel special and important, GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I came in a couple months ago with severe lower back pain. Dr. Park did amazing job of adjustments and straightened my back out! Routine adjustments are keeping it that way. The staff does a fantastic job of scheduling and appt reminders as well. What I did not plan was the awesome hormone treatments that have truly given me the energy I need with an active lifestyle. Highly recommended!!!

Park Place Health Solutions is a proactive office that takes your total wellness seriously. Dr. Park and Tara NP work extremely hard to ensure you understand your labs, xrays and the recommendations for treatment. The office team is amazing at working with your schedule and communicating when it is time for follow up. Park Place Health Solutions provides care for my entire family and I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their overall health.

Honestly, terrible experience. I chose this location because it was close to work and it took my insurance. The PA suggested that I meet with the chiropractor to address my back problems that I've had since my teenage years. I met with the chiropractor and he told me I needed to come in weekly for the next few months in order to address the issue (after getting a second opinion, I found out that other chiropractors recommended only a few visits to fix the issue). Then, COVID hit, and they closed their doors without warning. I didn't receive any email, any phone call, anything. I needed to see my primary care physician and I couldn't because they closed their door. I understand taking COVID precautions, but they are a "healthcare solutions" office. I had to find another primary care physician during the panic of the pandemic, which was terrible. So I found another doctor in March of 2020. Then, August, 2021, I receive a bill from the office for $66 and some change. I was extremely confused because I hadn't been to an appointment with this location since early January of 2020. I looked at the bill and they were claiming an unpaid balance from my last two visits in January of 2020. When I checked on my EOB from my insurance company, it looks as though the amounts were for two copays and an x-ray. Now, there are signs in the offices that state you have to pay all deductibles and uncovered balances at the time of the visit. I also reviewed my credit card statements, and I had a credit card charge for $60 from this location on the date of the appointment. Not the same amount, but close. Of course, because this was 20 months later, I didn't have a record of what exactly I was paying for. It seemed weird that the amounts didn't match, so I'm not sure what the charge was for. Also, the $60 was paid by me on the first appointment, and then I had another appointment the next day where some of the amount would have theoretically been charged. How did I pay a co-pay the day before the appointment took place? Also, being a lawyer, I knew that a health care provider in Texas has 11 months to submit a bill to the patient, otherwise they forfeit the right to bill the patient. So I emailed the billing office of the location and informed them of such. They told me that they changed their billing system just after I paid my bill in January and my payment must have been lost. I find this suspect for two reasons. One, if this is true, why did the amounts not match? And, why did I pay the amount I paid before the appointment took place? It feels as though I was billed extra that wasn't originally addressed on the appointment. But the more suspect element of this excuse is, even if they realized their mistake 18 months after the original appointment, does the office simply not know that they can't bill more than 11 months after the appointment? That's the nicer approach to it, that the billing office is just bad at its job and is ignorant to the actual laws that govern their ability to bill. Which in reality is no excuse, but at least it means they weren't trying to swindle people. This would also mean that they didn't investigate into my bill at all, because it took her only minutes to discover that my bill had in fact been paid. Why didn't see that I had made a payment that didn't transfer when she discovered the unpaid bill? Why didn't she investigate at all rather than just charging me? But, the more likely situation, is that I wasn't actually accurately billed those 20 months ago. Instead of realizing that they made a mistake and writing it off, they billed me. They billed me hoping I would be the ignorant one, ignorant to the law, and I would pay the bill and they would get away with their mistake. I'm sure you may be thinking, this is $66, you're being dramatic, and you didn't even have to pay it. But, if they did it so easily with me, how many more people are they doing it with. And, if they have sketchy billing practices, what are t

Dr. Park has provided the best care I've ever received. I used him several years ago and demographic changes for me made me use a few other chiropractors ..none provided the care he had. I decided he was worth the drive and travel a distance to make sure I get the best chiropractic care in FTW that there is. His staff is friendly, helpful and are always organized. The additional services offered at Park Family Medical are a true compliment to the practice. thank you EVERYONE at Park Family Medical for taking such good care of me and my family!!

I started visiting Dr. Park several years ago after a sprain injury, and have continued regular visits because I noticed immediate pain relief in many other parts of my body. With the stress of deadlines and physical repetitiveness of working at a desk all day long, my back, neck, and abdomen often tighten up. A visit to Dr. Park fixes all my woes and keeps them at bay for weeks. He is much more in tune with my individual needs than other chiropractors I've seen in the past. His practice is SUPER insurance friendly too. I've switched insurances (low coverage and high coverage plans) several times while visiting his practice it has never been a problem.
