Absolutely terrible customer service! The employee took a phone call and walked outside of the store from the only cash register open, leaving about 10 people in line waiting. He clearly knew there were people in line. The customer he was assisting, when he walked outside, had to retrieve her receipt. Customers kept walking outside to look for him. Why does this store continue to hire rude individuals?! It's absolutely unacceptable. He returned and didn't apologize, he was checking people without saying hello or just a word at all and still on his phone.

Extremely rude worker, I was walking to the register and the worker saw me because we made eye contact but he kept walking to another part of the store. I had to squeeze the extremely dirty pig dog toy they had and it took him another 5 minutes to get there. He never said hi or a single word at all. After I cashed out he handed me my receipt and looked at me expecting me to say thank you why would I say thank you for your rude and horrible customer service? I will drive the opposite further way to go to another dollar general from now on.

This is by far the best Dollar General I have been to! The store is always cleaned, and stocked! Employees are super nice, and I would like to shed light on Britanika! She is the HEARTBEAT to the store, and goes above and beyond for customers!!!!

When it was my turn off the register, the woman did not say a single word to me. She just gasped, ringing up my items, and finally said is this it was an attitude, and I said, yes, ma’am she punched the button on the register really hard and walked away when I finished paying and my receipt printed she was nowhere to be found so I just grab my bags and left without my receipt, she was extremely rude. If you don’t wanna work don’t work.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, YEEEEESSSSS. This is my favorite store to buy things in such as my little pony memorabilia and emo chains! Dollar General has aisles of goods that help me “fit in” with the theater crowd! My best friend Eli loves what I bring back from Dollar General. Xe even got slip ons from here once! Didn’t enjoy the mall Santa surprise appearance that one day though. I mean, who would do such a thing on Christmas! That’s the lords day! Anyway thank you and uwu!

I wasted my time shopping to find out they don’t hire cashiers anymore. I don’t do self check out. If I wanted to work for Dollar General I would apply. Will not be back unless they hire cashiers again. It use to be a nice store but they screwed it up.

Store was nice to me compared to others that were in shambles. Unfortunately, there was a "manager" there that was horrible at customer service and pretty much didn't care what you had to say. I already submitted a complaint to corporate so I will go to other dollar generals. I don't have his name but he looked Hispanic.

A very rude female employee didn’t even look at us, I asked if she was open and she looked and rolled her eyes, pointing to her light, still not acknowledging us, she seemed upset that we had interrupted her phone call (to her mom) and did not hang up the entire time, she snatched the things out my hand to scan them. This was today at 5:36pm. VERY RUDE
