Yes please don’t dare go in with a service dog unless you want to be treated like a third rate citizen , They lack the capability to treat disabled people like humans ! Rude unintelligent twits ! They lack any decency to understand persons with PTSD ! I will not shop there again ! The treatment I received was unwarranted especially calling me out in front of customers in line , As a former supervisor of purchasing for a large hospital these yahoo’s need training in how to treat the disabled !! Then refused me service ! I contacted corporate a was told I could bring him in anytime but obviously that did nothing , If they worked for me they would not have a job the next day ! This was an overreach of clearly uneducated people that were petty anrude , Im sure in ten years they will be doing the same thing !! I suggest some classes pertaining on how to treat people that are disabled !! Would be a start but really it appeared they possibly had a 3rd grade education an 3rd rate service ! Especially love the tatted up chick with sleeveless shirt an a mullet ! Lmao and Mr Pudgy the overweight bootlicker cashier believing he was in control , But calling people out in front of other customers is not acceptable in any store !!! #trailerparkmmisfits

I HATE THIS STORE SO MUCH!! When I went to dollar general they accused me of stealing. And when they found out I never stoled nothing. They never said sorry. I feel disrespected they gave me an attitude as well. I will never go to the store ever again.

Closed before business hours says they are, also the girl at the front with blue hair thought it would be cute to flip me off when I tried to open the door at 8:30, when it says they don’t close until 9.

I just read a review with photos from the Dollar General down the road from the one on Trail Lake Dr and felt compelled to fix their error. None of their photos match this location and in fact this is the cleanest Dollar General location in like the DFW foreal!! They are fully stocked and the staff is always very friendly. Most Dollar Generals are messy, price wrong, and have horrible customer service so the fact this one is like freaking awesome deserves it to be said!!

I normally love shopping at Dollar General! But this particular location is a bitter disappointment. I have been there three times in the past two weeks and was overcharged by $6 or more on two of those occasions. The first time my purchase included three magnetic boxes from a shelf visible from the cash register, clearly marked $6/ea & I was charged $8/ea. That's $6 alone right there. I was also charged $9 for a small box of candy that should have been $4.50 because it was part of the 50% off holiday items. So that trip I was overcharged a total of $10.50. The second time I was overcharged on each of the items pictured below showing the prices marked on the shelf for each of those items. I was charged $8 for the $6 light bulbs,$6 for the $4.50 dish tub, $5 for the $3 mixing bowl with handle & spout, $5 for the $3 plastic storage container and $5 for the $3 small glass storage container for a total of $9.50. This is ridiculously insane and unacceptable! But I don't live on that side of town, I was just visiting, so it's very inconvenient, not to mention time consuming, to go all the way back out there to dispute these charges. It would also cost me a small fortune in gas to drive out there and back home. As I said, a bitter disappointment. I will upload copies of my receipts when I find them.okay. GPS says 23 minutes

Kind of messy (as with most dollar general stores) hard to move around and find what you are looking for. Cashiers are always friendly so that makes up for it!
