My experience with these guys is much better than their competitors. I ordered a 10x10 mat from tiffin mats in Maryland in February 2023. By the end of April, I still never received my order. After numerous calls and emails that did nothing. Ut give me the runaround, I canceled my order there (still waiting for the refund) and contacted these guys. I spoke to Nola, who gave a bunch of information and explained the process of ordering to me, the biggest part being to wait 8-10 business days to ship. So I ordered, and two days later received an email that my order shipped. Four days after I placed the order, I received my mats. I paid a bit more than what tiffin was charging, but I received the product in a fraction of the time. Well worth it to me. The best advice I can give is be an informed consumer. Call and ask a lot of questions. If you're not happy, don't purchase. I am happy with the service and the product I received from Dollamur. Based on my experience, I would recommend them if you're interested in ordered mats for whatever the sport is you practice at home. I can say without reservation as well, do not order or buy from Tiffin Mats in Maryland. They are a total scam, have zero business ethic, and are 100% unreliable.

I ordered from here because it’s an hour away as opposed to ordering from Houston or Minnesota.Customer service is absolute terrible from sales to the warehouse.Couldn’t get a callback from the salesperson to even process my order much less after my order had been processed NO ONE told me when to pick up.After multiple attempts at reaching the warehouse, I called sales and tha “Covid procedures stop us from setting pick up appointments.”It’s 2023 in FT. Worth, Texas…Finally got a callback about the product after 10 days and multiple calls to shipping and sales.Boo.

Very poor customer service and a lack of communication after purchasing. I was left in the dark as to when my shipments would arrive and the carrier they hired was not very professional. It took days to get a reply and some emails were left unanswered. Both orders arrived damaged and when contacted they said there was nothing they could do. I wish that no one else has to go through what I did.

I purchased 3000 sq feet of flexi roll, surface tears easily, many documented customer service issues if you google and they are accurate. I have also owned the 1mx2m mats which hold up well but have big variance in length compared to fuji and zebra. Recently bought 3000 sq feet worth and many issues, improper pallet packaging caused damage and delays, sent to wrong state more delays....replacements came in 2 weeks late and some were bubbling on the side.....so I asked to order a few more within a day of laying them out, 25% increase....they do not see it as an add on....I spent 3 persons labor removing 100 from a truck and repackaging for fed x.......lost thousands in delays, labor, damaged product cycle time and a 25% increase for being a loyal customer for 20 years.....nice.....

Ordered mats two years ago and everything was perfect. This time, nothing but problems. Troy, my sales rep, screwed up so many times. Customer service sucks too. After waiting 2 months for my wall pads, they sent them all wrong.

I purchased 2 5X10 flexiroll mats. 2 days later they had their labor day sale. I emailed them and they honored the price and refunded the sale difference all within 1 hour. Amazing customer service. American made and high quality.

Great mats, fast shipping and excellent customer service. I needed mats during the pandemic and gave Dollamur a try. I was going to order 1” puzzle mats until the rep told me about Dollamur Flexi-roll for about the same price. I opted to pay a few dollars more for the version with Velcro on one side and couldn’t be happier. Amazing value for U.S. made mats. Excellent for training at home.

Quick responses - quality mats. Not everybody would agree but asking questions and up-selling could help go a long way. I purchased mats. Then realized I needed tape. Purchased vinyl tape which wasn’t very adhesive. Purchased glue, and clear tape. Purchased mop kit. All separate purchases. I would have appreciated a salesperson suggesting the things I wasn’t thinking about when purchasing the mats and most likely would have looked past the prices just to simplify my order. Instead I bought most of my accessories elsewhere.
