I was slightly apprehensive about visiting this establishment due to the negative reviews I had read, but I am pleased to report that my experience was quite the opposite. I visited on a Thursday to obtain a duplicate of my lost vehicle title and was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency with which my request was handled. I would like to express my gratitude to Martha for providing me with valuable information regarding my situation and guiding me through the necessary steps. Notably, I was able to receive my duplicate title immediately upon payment, which was a highly convenient aspect of the process.

The worst place ever and the worst service, the employees sitting on their chairs without doing their work at all, it sounds they waste government money, I came 3 times every time they are having excuses when I ask about why are they sit down without calling numbers the answers ( they are in lunch, or we have IT’s employee , we have strategy) any fake answers
I asked for manager they have non, please can someone watch this place they are wasting our time I’m teacher and I don’t have enough time to come here every day and even when I did appointment she told me you picked a wrong ticket you have to get a new and wait for your number without even any help, please fix this place from these lazy people

Texas DMV is a joke, you make an appointment that schedules you months later and than when you get there you’re told you have to wait again even after you have made the appointment months ago

I understand the process of the DMV. I have no problem with that what so ever. What I don't appreciate is the bearded man with glasses trying to "help" everyone. His sarcasm and laughter at people needing help made several of the people around me that don't speak English, furious. To the point of extreme discomfort. I was so uncomfortable that I left. This is the opposite of help. I get trying to be funny, but the extremely bad dad jokes just made the experience toxic.

It’s fast if you’ve got an appointment. Otherwise, it says “2-4 hours for walk ins” on the wall. Typical crowded government office. They have the forms available to fill out there but I’d recommend printing and filling out before you get there. The person that helped me was nice and helpful. They only had a few clerks working for a very large crowd, and only one restroom for women and one for men, which is wild for the amount of people they serve.

Had zero issues. It was a bit of a wait. Maybe 30 minutes. Workers were kind and prompt. Customers were calm and there's plenty of space while you wait. Got my title same day.

This place is extremely slow stuff members are very kind people and there is 17 counter desks but unfortunately only 7 people are working here we came to get our apportion license and we waited from 09:30 up-to 15:00
Unbelievable slow here I wish they could hire more stuff Members
Everybody waiting at this haul were extremely tired of this situation every one had to wait this long
