Got my tires rotated and balanced. They are very efficient and thorough with the process. All the employees were very nice and helpful! This is the best discount tire location I’ve ever been to.

discount tire Broke my wheel lock and took my OEM expensive lug nuts, and replaced them with poor quality ones that do not match.
Update:
Thank you Sergio for resolving the issue . He replaced my lug nuts, ordered me a new key, and even put the lug nuts on himself.

They were quick and professional. Came in needing new tires and they replaced all 4 in about 45 minutes. Solid experience.

I have to say that I’m very disappointed in the customer service from my last visit to discount. I always come to the one on Bryant Irvin because of the customer service. This last time was terrible. Employees were totally disinterested in the people who walked in. Like we were an inconvenience. Very frustrating to see so many employees, a store that’s not busy and such dismal customer service. The only reason I give 2 stars is because I did get the tires I originally ordered.

There were no appointments available today to fix a flat tire but the lady who answered the phone said we aren’t really busy right now so bring it in. I did and they got my tire fixed as well as rotated and balanced quickly and every one I dealt with was pleasant and professional. Much better experience than I had at the store on Alta Mesa. This is definitely the location I will use from now on even though it’s a further drive.

I have a good experience with every visit. The staff is friendly and timely. I like the spacious waiting area. I was hesitant about their wiper replacement service, but their prices are competitive to wally world and it saved me the hassle.
