I went to get shoes the other day and I had finished doing some work on my atvs and boat and I was full of dirt. I was ignored after being looked up and down and saw him laughing. I guess he thought i couldn't afford the shoes even though i own 3 seperate companies. When I asked him what was funny he stopped laughing and I saw his name tag said Michael. I'll take my dirty money elsewhere since they judge on looks.

A few days ago I went to the women’s shoes to find me some new shoes for my vacation. I want to get some opinions but the young lady who assisted to help me was too busy talking to her friend instead of helping me. I grew tired of waiting for her. So I just left. I told the young lady I was going go get something to eat before i decide on what shoes I would get, and asked for her name. Vanessa you have horrible customer service, instead of gossiping about people please do your job. You and your friend are pushing customers out the door. After I left I never came back.

Went shopping in the children section. There was a younger girl folding shirts that was polite and helpful. The issue was with an older worker with blonde hair. She followed us the entire time, but did attempt to ask if we needed assistance.

Keilani Gonzalez at the Hulen Mall location is very kind and friendly. Very helpful and knowledgeable of perfumes. She will help you with your preference and the notes you like. Very patient as well. We enjoyed working with her. Highly recommended.

If I could give these people a zero I would. Today my family went to get a pair of shoes and the shoes I chose were some on a table, I asked for my size and the lady gave it to me. When it was time to pay the manager yanked the shoes away and said “I am not selling those shoes TO YOU!” Mind you they were on display and the lady had already give me the box of shoes with my size. The man kept on speaking to me in a mocking manner and look me from toe to head. The mimicked what I said and then said “I can sell them to you, but you can’t take them until past May 22nd. Why do they think it’s okay to speak to people like this? Mock them? Regardless of my looks, I obviously had enough money to pay for them.

I just wanted to say that if you need intimate apparel, Barbara Fisher at the Dillard's in the Hulen Mall is amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed for an upcoming wedding. She was helping several people at the same time but juggled all of us very well with such a cheerful attitude and personalized experience. You just don't find service like this anymore. I highly recommend her!

I have been a long time customer (45 yrs) of Dillard’s, but they are ok for losing my business over a $17 clearance item that did not fit. I did not see the “3 day return” on the receipt and I have never known that to be policy on clearance. ( I purchased only 1 week ago and live 1 hour away from mall ) Extremely bad customer service policy and they can say goodbye to this customer for good since manager would not budge on refunding my $17 back.
