Everything went great with my purchase from this dealership. From the initial visit, follow up phone calls, pricing, paperwork and even follow up maintenance. I started my initial discussion with Lamond. He is THE best asset that dealership has going. He was kind, courteous and extremely patient and helpful. I couldn’t have picked a better rep for them. There is ABSOLUTELY no pressure, but they are willing to show you anything you ask about. I knew when I was buying a used car it wasn’t going to be PERFECT. I just wanted honesty and no intimidation. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy from them.

I had an amazing experience finding a car. Ayman and his son were so friendly and helpful and I ended up buying one of their cars. They even went out of their way to fill the car I had purchased with gas. The place is very clean and smells amazing. I would recommend this place.

Honesty was shown here in a very impressive way. I stopped in to look at a vehicle and left without purchasing it. I have owned several repair shops for 20+ years and there were some issues with the vehicle that I did not want to deal with. Upon telling the owner of these issues they were unaware and very apologetic. They never tried to sell me anything else but rather asked me what could be done to fix it correctly. We parted ways after a short discussion and then they impressed me again! I went to lunch and it was then that I realized that I had forgot my wallet in the car I was looking at. Panic set in and I called them immediately. There was a large amount of cash in my wallet and I was concerned it was gone forever but NO! They retrieved my wallet from the car and held it till I got there. When I returned I was greeted by the owner who had my wallet and he said "all your cash is here, I assure you" , and it was. Thanks guys, I am still shopping for the right car for my daughter and I will be very happy if we can do business together. Thanks for being good humans!

Thank you Ayman for helping me find a great car for my granddaughter. Ayman even took care of a few issues with the AC after we purchased the car. Honestly and integrity are not easy to find these days and I would definitely recommend this dealership. This will be the first place I go when I need to purchase another car. I intentionally waited until every aspect of this transaction was properly executed before writing a review, so I could share a balanced perspective with everyone.I purchased a vehicle for my mother, who resides in a different state than I live. In my nationwide search, I came across this dealership, halfway across the country. Bottom line, this transaction went great, from start to finish! I worked with Ayman.... I was treated with great respect and professionalism. The miles in between us didn't matter. The vehicle was great, the documentation was delivered to my mother, as promised and they made sure upon her receipt of the vehicle that she was not disappointed with the presentation. Although it was risky, I would certainly do business with DFW Auto-Bahn again. As for the delivery service I used, that's another story, for another dayand another review!Best Regards,Dr, Savai~
