This company is great. Usually very quick to send out products, fast delivery, acceptable shipping costs.Their prices are great usually lower than anywhere else I look. I will always check in with DSG and price check something I'm planning to purchase, to ensure I'm getting the best price possible.

No longer a customer after 10+ years of business.I’ve been using DSG to purchase firearms parts for over 10 years. Unfortunately, a recent experience put a bad taste in my mouth.I’d been contemplating purchasing a Trijicon Rmrcc for awhile. With the military/law enforcement discount the price point was $418. Recently, Trijicon offered a $100 rebate on the optics. I decided that now was the time to purchase. Unfortunately, DSG arms decided to increase the price of the optic by $100 therefore negating the rebate.I figured maybe this was an honest mistake so I reached out to customer service. I dealt with James Dykgraaf.He told me that I was most likely incorrect on my price point, but he would talk to marketing. I’d been contemplating buying this optic for months and I knew my price quote was correct. I was told he needed a day to investigate. I reached out a few days later and I’ve received zero response.I ended up using a competitor to purchase my Rmrcc for $400 not including the rebate. For the longest time I’d always relied on DSG to provide great prices for firearms parts. This recent experience made me realize I need to shop other suppliers.Do yourself a favor and do additional research before deciding to purchase from them. If they’re willing to price gauge for a measly $100 then I will be taking my business elsewhere. To the owner of DSG arms, I attempted to deal with this via email with your “customer service.”

Super fast shipping, my orders are normally processed with in a couple of business hours and shipped out within the day.Also they have great prices on all items, with a great selection.On top of that, sometimes an online only store can be a bit of a headache if you're unsure if an item is right for you. Their customer support is awesome. Responsive to calls and emails.

10/10. DSG Was recommended to me by someone and I would recommend them to you! My holster had to be MTO, very quick turn around, customer service amazing. The gentleman who takes the orders over the phone was knowledgable and remembered me right off the bat and was able to provide help. I'll double ack sometime for sure!

I love DSG. They are ardent 2A supporters and take care of the military and LE community.They only sell quality, proven in the field firearms, parts and accessories NO CHEAP JUNK!Would have given 5 Stars but my last purchase wasn't as expected.Ordered several items that according to their website were IN STOCK. After placing order, the order confirmation email I received several minutes later indicated one of the items was on back order.I've been waiting for 6 weeks for this backordered part.??

Great company. I had a shipping issue trying to send somewhere other than my billing address but since it was my first order I couldn't do that. They held the order and shipped when I needed so it wouldn't sit on my porch for a week. Made it easy. They refunded the shipping and overall have been great. I'm not impressed by a company easily but they've been responsive, helpful, and just generally on top of things. I will definitely be making purchases from DSG again.

Shipped item to Minnesota instead of TX and shipped Minnesota customers item to me in TX. Rather than resolve the issue for thier customers DSG elected to send us shipping labels (with my address and phone number to an unknown third party), so we could mail each other the correct item. What a joke. 1 month later still no item. This place is a BS excuse for a reputable company. Wish I could put zero stars. Demanded a refund and I'll never look back.

Garbage at best they don’t even do simple handgun transfers unless already a customer. Guy I spoke to was rude. What a joke of a company. So they only do military and police curious how all these reviews are from military and police personel only. At least that’s what I was told by the owner.
