ABSOLUTELY DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They're thieves. Bought a lemon from them that they told me I would have no issues with selling later on. Lie! I then cancelled the $7,000+ in packages they threw on the sale! They issued the check to the bank I financed with and then weeks later for no apparent reason issued a stop payment on the check... I could go on and on about this dealership. Absolute Crooks! DO NOT, DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Out window shopping for a Mustang, stop by McDavid Ford to see what they had on the lot. One of the sale team members gave us some information on the new Mustang, but Jason definitely gave us some deals that were hard to walk away from. We're still on the fence about the purchase but there is no doubt, Jason will be our go to guy. Thanks!

I can't say enough great things about Chris Shields! Who knew you could have such a great experience with a car salesperson. He is no-pressure, honest, upbeat, friendly, professional, and responsive. As a consumer in today's market, it is sometimes difficult to find these remarkable qualities in a salesperson. I appreciate Chris so much and would recommend him to my friends and family looking for a new or used car!

I cannot explain how smooth and easy my buying experience was! I am from Oklahoma and inquired about a 2017 Jeep wrangler JKU, my salesman Edward Franco made it so easy for me. I did my application, agreed on payments, (made a deposit since I was in another state and couldn’t bring my whole down payment until a few days later) they had me in and out within an hour give or take since I had sent all of the information needed ahead of time. I am so in love with my new Jeep and I’m incredibly happy with my buying experience, literally the best I’ve ever experienced! I would highly recommend David McDavid and would highly recommend asking for Edward Franco!!!!!

I tried to order a car from them and was given a very experienced salesperson, who was terrible. Left me sitting when I had a appointment, then no follow up what's so ever. Bought my car elsewhere. A year later my insurance co sends me to their body shop for minor bumper work, my car gets HIT on their lot over the weekend and it's been terrible. The GM is a j*** and has treated me like an idiot who knows nothing! DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

CHRIS SHIELDS!!! By far the absolute best in the business. I’ve bought and sold more vehicles than I can count, and I can honestly say without hesitation that I have never worked with someone who had had better customer service, who was more knowledgeable about the vehicle they were selling, and who’ll actually fight to get you the best deal possible. Not only has our entire family purchased our trucks through Chris, he’s became a great friend over the years and is an all around great guy. Go see Chris! I have no doubt you’ll feel the same way and promise you won’t be disappointed.

I live out of state & was just randomly browsing on the internet and found my SUV. When I called the dealership and asked to speak with someone in sales “Mark Duckett” picked up and that’s who you need to ASK for when you call ! He was very professional and answered every single question I had before, during and after the sale & if he didn’t know the answer, he made sure found out ! I started my purchase online, but I’m more of a see & buy in person. I decided to drive in the next day to test drive the vehicle and see it in person. Being that someone had just traded the SUV in they still had to recondition it. I test drove my SUV, signed the paperwork and left back out headed home sadly leaving my SUV, but putting my trust in Mr. Duckett to ensure everything was done. Hear me when I say he did NOT disappoint me ! I received my SUV via delivery on today and I am OVERLY satisfied!! The professionalism and communication throughout the entire process was outstanding! When I am ready to purchase another vehicle I will be going straight back to Mr. Duckett !

George and Joshua did an incredible job helping me get the car that I’ve been wanting for months now. The few issues it had before I bought it were fixed with no problems whatsoever before I left the lot, the paperwork was quick and easy (thanks, Miles!) and I highly recommend going to them if you ever are ever needing a quick, easy, and reliable dealer!

To Whom may take my concerns seriously,I would give zero stars if I could, as my experience with David McDavid Fort Worth was nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service and the overall service I received were abysmal.I brought in my 2016 Ford Focus for some extensive repairs, including one that had to be done at the dealership. Initially, I planned for only the dealership to handle that particular repair. However, Nikki, the supervisor, assured me they could take care of everything.Due to a family emergency, I couldn't pick up my car right away, but I was assured it would be safe, which I appreciated. When I arrived on 09/09/2023, I immediately noticed that the back bumper on the right side was off, the right back door wouldn't shut, and the tire pressure warning was on. I pointed this out to the person who brought the car out, but he said nothing was documented about the bumper or the door. He suggested checking with the tow company to see if something happened.I was told that only Nikki could address my concerns. When I explained the issues to her, she dismissively stated that the bumper was not their concern and the door couldn't be fixed until Monday. I emphasized that I needed the car to be safe for a cross-country trip, but she argued with me, insisting that the shop only deals with mechanical issues and doesn't check doors. I reiterated that I couldn't drive off with a door that wouldn't close, to which she retorted that I could go to another dealership for the repairs. Her attitude was rude and defensive, making me feel as though it was my fault.Nikki then left without informing me or taking the car for the final repairs. We waited for over an hour for her to return. When she did, she didn't come back to discuss the final repairs with me, but instead sent someone else to hand me my keys.As I hit the road, I hadn't even left Texas when I experienced a blowout. My mother and I were stranded on a highway due to the timing of the blowout. To make matters worse, the bumper came off again, and I was informed that none of my tires were in good condition.This was, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever received. Nikki's treatment of me was completely unacceptable. Her actions put both my mother's and my life in jeopardy due to her failure to ensure my car was properly taken care of. I would never recommend David McDavid to anyone. In hindsight, I should have stuck with the auto shop I was already working with.Thank you for not taking my concerns seriously. Hopefully no one else ever has to experience any like this...Best,Nadja

Unfortunately I am having to take a hiatus from work to care for my father who is in that later stages of cancer. I have only had a company car for several years. I inquired about a truck through cars.com. a couple days went by and we agreed on a price over the phone and they sent me buy sheet. We agreed I would come in that evening to finalize the purchase. They told me I had to put a nonrefundable deposit on it to hold it for a few hours, which I really did not mind and told them I would asap. Which is where it got crazy. I was caring for my father and he was having some issues that required my attention and the over the next 1 1/2 to 2 hours, Heman called and text me over and over, telling me they haven't received the deposit. During that time I was helping my father, who needed me more then Heman needed that $500. I got frustrated with his pestering me and told him to just sell the damn truck if he needed to. After a day, I contacted Heman and asked if the truck was still there. It was but he said they would not honor that price anymore!? I asked who the manager was that made the decision not to honor the price.... I get a call from GSM Brian Bertschy, who basically said blah, blah, blah that I missed out and it was too late to get that price! Its a truck, I lived 53 years without it and wont die if I don't own it. BTW, IT was about $1800 off of a $72k truck, whoopy!!My advice is to RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Find a honest place to buy from, life is too short to play their games! If they think It was more important to put a deposit on a truck to hold it for a few hours, than care for my ailing father, they are sick in the head!

Experience was good buying with them Joshua Campos was very professional during my time spent checking out and test driving the vehicles I was looking at. Also had good communication with his supervisor and they were able to get me into what I wanted. Bought a vehicle online from this dealership, first time doing it this way and first time buying from this dealership. I live a few hours away and bought sight unseen. Vehicle arrived as described and the process was easy. Took about a week total from the time I first contacted dealership to get my trade in picked up and new vehicle delivered but would rather do that than sit in a dealership all day. Heman was my salesman and did a fantastic job with communication and answering questions. There was a slight change in the paperwork from what I e-signed to what was on the final forms (not an change in my favor of course) and I don’t agree with the explanation provided but we came to a resolution. Dealership games we’ll never escape from I guess. Overall it was a good experience and will consider purchasing from them again if everything continues going well.
