Although their sign on the storefront says they cash checks, they do not. I mean, really? A ladder and some paint is all you need. Update your sign!

The best 3 street tacos I've ever had for sure. Had pastor, asada and chicken. Too many times at other taco joints all the tacos aren't on the same level as each other i.e.-one or two of the three are dry or bland. Not here! All of the tacos were flavorful and none of the meat was dried out. The rice and beans were awesome too. It's a shame that some people will miss out on this place because they refuse to eat in a gas station. Gotta try this place!

Atmosphere is great. States at the bottom of the menu that gluten-free, plant based menu available upon request. I asked for the menu and was told that they haven't developed one yet. Ended up getting a side salad in a taco shell and wanted to charge me the price of a chicken taco salad.

Don't be thrown off by austere exterior of this gas station. In the back of the inside of the gas station is a cheery little vegan taco stand with a friendly pink-haired lady behind the counter. Food- they do meat and vegan meat very well. Loved the barbacoa. We also ordered the pastor, chicken, and pulled pork. My husband said he really liked their chicken, because it had a nice smoky flavor. My mom said she felt their vegan meat was really good and their vegan chorizo tasted like regular chorizo. Their elotes is a little different than the elotes I've had a lot of places--its kind of unique and has a smoky flavor. Three different salsas to choose from to add spice to your food. Drinks- Oh my goodness, their aguas frescas. SO good! My mom got the ginger apple hibiscus, and it is so fresh! The woman at the front told us that they juiced it fresh and then strained it. We got the vegan. horchata, and it was probably the best tasting horchata I've had! Very creamy and tastes like melted cinnamon toast crunch ice cream. It uses almond milk instead of cow milk (which I appreciate as a lactose-free customer) but everything else is made exactly the same as traditional horchata. Little pricey at $3 for a bottle, but we felt it was worth it since everything was freshly made. :) Interior- the dine-in area is pretty cute! Fun little portraits of famous people along the multi-colored walls. Funky music playing. I was originally unsure since it's in a gas station, but once I came to the pack and saw the friendly staff I knew it was gonna be good :) Service- such a nice lady at the counter!! Shes very knowledgeable and proud of their food :). And she calls everyone "friend," which I liked. Price- $1.99 for a street taco with corn tortillas, $2.69 for a street taco with flour tortillas. I feel this is pretty standard for street tacos. They are the size of normal street tacos, so you may want to get a few. Aquas frescas are $3, but in our opinion are pretty worth the price.

Ignore the fact that this is in a gas station!!!!!! This place is quick, delicious, and super accommodating. My husband is lactose intolerant and I am pescatarian so it it's sometimes hard for us to find a restaurant we can both enjoy. Mariachi's vegan options for protein and cheese substitutes made it possible for both of us to get anything on the menu. They were even willing to clean the griddle if our gluten sensitive friend came to eat. They make their own veg cheeses and sauces in house and it really shows. Everything we had was rediculously good! We will be back with friends!

This place is in another level. It's really hard to find a place that can replace everything dairy with excellent non dairy substitutes. Mariachi's nails it. The non dairy cheese quesadillas are an adventure in every bite. Guy Fieri would be blown away the flavors. I'd say the place is worthy of being in DDD.

I've only had the vegan options and so far it's all been AMAZING. I've tried La Charra Vegana, Torta Vegano, Quesadillas Vegano, Baja "Fish" Taco, and the Elote Vegano and have not been disappointed. This is definitely the best vegan Mexican food I've had (I'm Mexican, this should mean something) so I recommend this place to anyone, vegan or not.

Just in case you are an out of towner...Gas station tacos & mexican food in Fort Worth are a "thing"! AN AWESOME THING! Mariachi's Dine-In has a tiny seating section in an old weathered painted gas station. The food in prepared in a small kitchen on site. When you walk in to the gas station you smell the divine aroma of something delicious. Street tacos, Mexican Bowls, quesadilla etc. all are represented and wonderful! #yallloveoneanother #eatpeaceandlove #fortworthtexas

If you're a meat eater you'd probably like the vegan options, but I'm from LA and am used to fresh homemade everything at restaurants. I tried the specialty vegan Cuban torta and it tastes like all processed ingredients. I also had some tacos and neither of them were good. There was no place to sit, no AC. I've had vegan fast food in LA and Colorado that was very fresh and good, but so far in Dallas area nothing that was not processed junk.

I found this place on my vegan search, and what a find!! Listen closely... there's 3 things you need to know: 1. This might be the best Vegan menu in Fort Worth! 2. They deliver tacos to your drunk A&&, at the bar, at Martin House! 3. If you don't know about the Pineapple burrito, you haven't lived! So, if you don't know Fort Worth, you may not understand... many of the best tacos in town are in gas stations. Deal with it. Since the cat's out of the bag, this place makes killer Street Tacos! They are fresh, they are quick, and there's tons of topping, cilantro, onions, and stuff! But as I said, Vegan mecca! Now you don't have to be vegan to enjoy these dishes... and you might have to actually ask for some of them (so be nice!)... but they are outstanding! Count them... 5 Vegan Proteins: Meat, Chorizo, Chick'n, Pork, or Grilled Veggies! How'd you like that? You can get them in taco or bowl, with vegan cheese or sour cream! Go Mariachi w/ friend poblano and upcharge with avocado... forget about it! You get 3 sauces: a red, averde, and a creamy green sauce. While the red sauce has a nice amount of heat & flavor, the creamy green is my favorite... it has aa killer flavor with just a little less heat! The verde is the mild, and it's great too! However, if you are 2 flights in at Martin House, the Mariachi is loaded whatever meat you order and is an Absolute Must! Don't worry, get the 4th one! If you don't get the vegan tacos, I won't even tell! Do NOT order here with out an order of the elote vegano! I can rave all day, but tons of people have beat me to it!! The be Fort Worth Famous, and a Hidden Gem Restaurant... it doesn't get much better than this! 5 STARS! BTW... do you think I forgot to tell you about the pineapple burrito? I didn't. I just didn't think you could handle that much awesome at once!
