Here we are, a great CVS. Friendly helpful staff and the products you expect in a CVS. I needed to swap a product out after scanning at the till, the team member sorted it out and took the product back to the shelf (I offered) she said it was no worries. Faith restored, just too swapping Fortworth in place of Dallas.

Customer service is just what is sounds like- serving customers to the best of your ability. Not sure what was going on with the cashier lady, but she was very unfriendly. No eye contact, no smile, no greeting, and she acted like she didn’t even care to be there.Even down to a return and refund, she acted as if she didn’t care to do that either. I pray whatever is going on with her will be better moving forward.

I just visited the CVS in Fort Worth and my cashier, Itzel, was awesome. 10/10. Give her a raise. Not kidding. So respectful and helpful. Would definitely come back to this CVS.

A big thank you to the overworked and underappreciated pharmacist Amy. Both times I popped in, she was helping multiple patients at a time. When my insurance wasn't working, she didn't just give up, she told me to come back in the morning. When I did, she had it all sorted.

Manager, lady with teased hair, and was very unhelpful and rude when I asked about returning a product that was defective. I understand if there is a return policy but to say “maybe you broke it” was uncalled for. Please learn professionalism in the workplace.

Just had to say how much I appreciate the staff @ the CVS on Houston st. -- absolutely the best group of the NICEST Pharmacists I've ever met at a CVS; especially all the women who work here, they are *ALWAYS* incredibly friendly, intelligent, outgoing, helpful, & seem to always go out of their way to assist me with my scrips/payment being too high, insurance (& calling to remind me to get my license renewed!), etc. Forgive me I am absolutely terrible with names, but they're all SO lovely and clearly care about their work/what they do, and are so beyond helpful with their customers.Definitely 5 stars for each person on this team, especially all of these great women.??
