I live out of town but my doctor is a specialist in Ft Worth so we drive to Ft Worth to see him. I recently had a very extensive back surgery, and prior to that, I had an open abdominal surgery that was a failed hernia mesh that pulled my abdominal wall muscles 4 inches apart and the mesh came through my skin. I have been suffering a lot of pain and am awaiting a spinal cord stimulator. The current medicine I was taking was making me vomit everytime I took it, had been in the hospital for dehydration and lost 12 pounds in 7 days…so my doctor changed my prescription to one with no acetaminophen or ibuprofen so I could possibly hold it down. My doctor had called in the prescription at this CVS pharmacy to make it easier for me to pick up in town before traveling back to our home out of town. I will not go into full detail, but the pharmacist that was working, treated me like I was a child begging for candy. She was extremely rude, told me I needed to have a seat because she had to call my doctor office before filling when she had the refill already called in to her. That was fine with me if that is protocol, but treating me like a drug seeker and a child was discrimination. When she FINALLY filled my prescription an hour later, she was so rude at checkout. I tried to tell her about what all I had been through (which is something I shouldn’t have to do), and she had no compassion whatsoever. What has this world come to? If my doctor calls in medicine he feels will help me, why is it her place to second guess him and his decision, and as I sat, waited and asked a few questions, she treated me so unkind? I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. By reading some of the other reviews, I can see I’m not alone in how I was treated. The store is very nice and clean, no complaints about the store, but the pharmacy customer service in this CVS is the worst I have ever experienced. I was so exhausted and overwhelmed when we finally left the store to head home.

I have been generally displeased with CVS for quite a while. My complaint is the pharmacy. Our local CVS has far more business than it can professionally handle. Not only are ready prescriptions overfilling the area where they are kept, they are in baskets near the filling area, and it often takes the pharm tech some searching to find our order. For a long time, we would count on seeing the same employees who knew us by face if not name. Lately the pharmacists change regularly. I understand CVS doesn't pay their pharmacists well, so pharmacists look for other companies. I was in another city and another state when my daughter had a C-section in May, 2023. I went to her CVS to pick up her pain med prescription and found the drive-through closed. When I went inside, I was told that, even though it was about three hours before closing, there weren't enough employees in the pharmacy to fill the script before closing. I went to a a second location. Same story, with only one employee working. I ended up trying a different pharmacy chain and got it filled with no issue. I plan to change pharmacies.

I get my prescriptions here and the staff are prompt, to the point, and pleasant to talk to. They may not want to have a whole conversation, but they are cordial to everyone. Treating customers right is what makes someone love a business. CVS is my go to for medicine, prescription refills, and some beauty items. Could I get certain things cheaper elsewhere? Sure, but these people have used their top notch customer service to convince me that buying there is worth it. Put your money into a company that at least cares about it's customers!!!

Staff are always friendly, and I consider this particular pharmacy to be one of the best I’ve frequented. My only complaint, which is also a problem at most pharmacies, is employees, including the pharmacists themselves, announce the names of the medications being picked up out loud in the presence of other people. I don’t feel it’s either necessary or appropriate.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Pharmacists questioned the order my dr prescribed because it is odd but it works for me. I told her I was still taking the medication and needed that refilled. She said ok. One week later “it was inactivated”. Pharmacists can’t get their stories together. All claimed my dr cancelled an order for a medication that keeps me living and not going into cardiac arrest, but none could actually state the same thing on when. Dr stated that isn’t the case. Extremely rude when questioned on it. Interrupting me constantly. Not listening when I am genuinely concerned. Not helpful either. Claimed they would call the doctor for a renewed prescription. I called the next day and they said “yea that is not what we do. We can’t do that because of it being inactive”. EXTREMELY unprofessional. I work at a hospital near by and I will be telling every patient to go somewhere else. Switching pharmacies immediately.

I live right down the street so I shop here often enough. I never am able to shop or leave this store without this manager trying to make me feel like I'm a hoodlum. Absolutely ridiculous. This has been going on over a year. Tonight I came to try to get a last minute birthday present for my bf cuz an item out of my walmart purchase from the previous evening was missing when I got home. The item I chose was in the wrong spot so the gift bag I picked out to go with it was purposeless. I asked him to honor the price due to their mistake and he tried to imply that I moved the items. Then he rang me up personally because I suppose I cannot be trusted. I've had enough of this man!!! He has even made me cry. On my birthday last month.

Oops, didn't know I was in CVS parking lot. Thank you for not towing me. Merry Christmas!

The store was clean but the parking lot was seriously filthy. I had to watch where I stepped. empty bottles, fast food containers, thick gunk on the concrete like someone spilled or threw up and it just dried there. It was so gross! Broken pieces of plastic, kids broken toy, trash even all over the landscaping. They need to pick up the trash and power wash. I'll never go there again.

Normally a pleasant experience. However, when I went through the pharmacy drive through tonight, cashier Briana did not greet me; she just said “picking up?”. Then after handing me the prescription, she just looked at me and said nothing. She should be trained on how to say hello and goodbye to a customer.

Came from Ortho specialist to get an expedited script filled. I walked to the pharmacy and waited 10 minutes for one of the THREE pharmacist to pick their head and even bother to acknowledge my presence. I told them I needed to pick up 2 scripts. Imagine my shock, NOT, when I was told it wasn't ready and it would be an hour. Now, the whole reason I needed the script was a referred to an emergency MRI. So, I left and came back in hour only to find out it still wasn't filled! The whole lot them need to be fired! Horrible customer service.

I have reason to believe they are stealing people's money at this location. I made a purchase way over about a week 1/2 ago, returned the merchandise unopened because it wasn't needed anymore. The guy at the register act like he was processing return but the money never went back to my account. As far as I'm concerned they owe me that product back or $53.09. I remember in the Army there was this and everyone knew of this a soldier who managed to deduct 00.1 cent from every soldier in the payroll system on base. Quite a check she had, this company is holding my 53 dollars but I wonder how many people they have done this to. If my return is not with my by tomorrow this post will remain and I will be reporting this to Federal Trade Commission. If people can't still nor should companies.

Horrible management at the pharmacy in recent months. I understand they've been having staffing issues, but there's really no excuse for the poor management. Plenty of other pharmacies in the area that still have appropriate customer service for a pharmacy.

I just had the worst experience with this store on 8th Ave . For the past week I have been spending 40+ to $80 and $90+ dollars a day in there. And I asked, when I was $5 dollars short, to ask the manager for at least one of the rewards (that I am paying $5 a month) to have. Could they honor one of the many promises they say you could use if you download the app. I downloaded it it the store at the cash register, in front of the cashier. I really wish that they read these and try aand HELP faithful customers like me that pay Extremely large amounts of money and appease their customers needs, not just a dollar sign to them.

Came in at 7pm, pharmacy closes at 8pm. Pharmacist called out from across the pharmacy that he wasn't filling anything else tonight. There were only two other ppl there waiting at Pick Up. My husband has covid and needed nausea medication & is dealing with severe dehydration. Experience was very frustrating and disappointing.
