I wouldn’t even give the place one star but i wanted to write a review. I recently had to start using cvs because my insurance for whatever reasons wants me to. I am not going to be keeping the same insurance because of this reason only. I have absolutely had a horrible few visits. Today after working in the rain all day being mandated to work overtime i rushed from Arlington to this location to pick up my prescription i got there one minute till closing. I understand its one minute before closing and i really didn't expect the pharmacy to be to happy but I tried my best to get there as soon as possible. After handing the person in front of me their medicine they shut the blinds. I went inside and they were checking a lady out and the guy looked up at me with a not so happy face and said “we are closed!” We close at 8. I would of be more understanding if he was polite about it. Maybe he could have said ma’am i am sorry we cant help you because we are closed or ma’am we close at 8 and will not be able to help you today and give me the times they are open. I mean how much time would it have taken to grab me my medicine and ring me up. I will be transferring my prescription back to Walgreen's and paying the higher price because it is worth it for good customer service.

We recently moved from GA to Ft Worth. Went into this pharmacy needing prescriptions and they were very helpful and courteous. Will be using this CVS all the time.

The pharmacy is pretty speedy about getting customers taken care of so they're on there way out in no time! And they're always pretty friendly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS on January 22, 2024. While waiting to pick up my prescription, I did some shopping and asked the cashier about using coupons. Instead of helping, the cashier responded rudely, saying, “If it’s so troublesome, then don’t come .” When I expressed my frustration, the cashier added, “Then you don’t need to come.”
This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Customers should be treated with patience and respect. I hope CVS takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service

Excellent store. I'm always in and out in 2 minutes. The main pharmacist, Vi, is always pleasant, and even caught a prescription, where one of the ingredients I was allergic to. She always answers my questions and her staff is equally as helpful. This store is much better than the Walgreens across the street.

The pharmacy staff are very cruel and insensitive, I arrived there for a medication two minutes before closing, they were serving someone else when it was my turn it was already 8 o'clock or a few minutes later. I almost begged them to sell it to me because I was very sick and I really needed that medicine and they flatly refused to sell me the medicine since their response was we close at 8pm and I can't serve you. The truth is that it seemed too cruel to me for a super sick person, that I went and they denied him help in that way!

Just like every other CVS Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with, this one is pretty much one of the very worst businesses out there. The pharmacy staff is the most unfriendly, unhelpful, unprofessional, indifferent, group of non-caring individuals I’ve ever encountered. If negative numbers were an option here, that would best describe each and every time I’ve been forced to do business with them!!! NO MORE!!

They care about you. If there is a question about weather you can take this medication or will it interfere with another that you take they are right there to let you know. Everyone there is good at their jobs. The one woman manager at Western Center location has a wonderful sense of humor. She is always joking with customers and very helpful. They also seem to hire good young people too.
