Pharmacist and techs are really helpful. Pharmacist is good about making sure your medications work together. if you have questions always ask. they don't mind.

First, they’re always out of medication. When you call to check, you’re on hold for 45 mins and then they hang up on you. If you do manage to get a hold of them, they try to get you to call other pharmacies to find your medication and get you to do their job. WORST PHARMACY EVER.

My prescriptions got called in around noon by my provider and when I came to get them at 6pm, they still weren’t filled and i was told they wouldn’t be ready for another hour. I’m in pain and having a hard time getting around so I asked if there was any way they could fill them quicker. The pharmacy tech, Michael, told me to go wait in the bank parking lot next door and he would bring them to me when they were ready. He was very abrupt and seemed annoyed. When they were done, about 10 mins later, he yelled from the window for me to get back in line and pick them up. We haven’t been with this pharmacy for very long but we’ll be switching to a different one in town. Unbelievably bad customer service.

This Lake Worth Pharmacy routinely puts medications on hold. Without letting you know.After years of filling the prescription they cannot get it right and refuses to answer phone calls timely.

everytime i tried to get the meds i need to function they had a new reason as to why i couldnt have them. i went cold turkey for a week and almost lost my job. i ended transfering the meds to another location because they weren't gonna give them to me.

They do not have COVID shots in stock. Will let you schedule appointment online but you arrive and they tell you you're out of luck. Wouldn't recommend scheduling any vaccines here until they can call to let you know they are not available. Or call before you come and make sure you don't waste your time and gas money!

Today around 2:30 I called the CVS on Lake Worth Blvd. I needed to get more information about a prescription. And leave a different fax number. The young man I spoke with was incredibly rude and impatient. He acted as if I were on his personal phone asking about his extended warranty.

Very poor customer service at the Lake Worth location. (Not the one in Target) I am a new customer at this location. No consultation given on a new medication. On hold on the phone for 45 minutes, then disconnected! If they do answer they are rude. How many customer complaints is it going to take before something is done about the pharmacy employees at this location?A Very Unhappy Customer

03/24/23. I spent 48 minutes trying to speak to a pharmacist and they finally hung up on me. Second call on hold 34 minutes, gave up. They apparently don't need my business. I will be transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere.
