Cleanest store I have been in . Always has everything I need and employees ask if they can help. Pharmacy has always had my prescriptions on time just overall a nice store. Bathrooms were extremely clean. I go out of my way to come to this location.

I don't always have a 5-star feeling for CVS, BUT today a young man named Alex waited on me and he was just awesome. I saw him doing several different things in several spots. Then, he jumped on the register to fill in and help out. Y'all, he was running 2 registers at the same time. And he was doing it very well. He jumped back and forth between them and kept both lines running smoothly. Good job, Alex. Good job, indeed!

This is the ONLY CVS in Texas that won’t accept Goodrx on some prescriptions.( the prescriptions that are part of the shortage of pain relief and ADHD medication)

CVS on Clifford St in Fort Worth Texas is a well-run drug store and has a great pharmacy. I highly recommend them. Prices beat the competetion across the street too.

The front of the store is 5 star but the pharmacy deserves zero. They have 1 lane for drive thru pick-ups and it typically takes 20 to 40 minutes to get your turn (not the case at Walgreens across the street). On the most recent visit, the tech at the window got confused with what we were picking up requiring a third trip that day after I'd confirmed I was there to pick up X (not Y). Mistakes are common since Kathy retired. We were loyal to their pharmacy for 25 years but have had enough.

Jessica and Renee act like they hate their jobs. The girl in cosmetics is rude too. Pharmacy is always crowded and slow. Will not be back. Take the extra trip to Lake Worth.

This store continues to disappoint. Some of the pharmacy is so challenged every conversation ends in a fight. They are English challenged to add to it. I had to demand someone else help me. They shorted one of my prescriptions by have leading to a fight with the pharmacist. The on line system said I had 4 scripts ready for pick up but the had no idea. Sometimes auto refill works and other times not. Sometimes I get a test a script is ready sometimes not.

The automated system is making it very hard to reach someone live. It even cuts them off when they finally do answer. Live customer service is exceptional as always but this automated system really makes it hard to get help.

CVS White Settlement is one of the best in this town! Rena is the best all around. Always working hard and with a smile on her face. I love shopping at this store and wish ALL CVS were like this one. Im glad this is my home CVS!

Absolutely ridiculous every time I get to make it to this pharmacy they either have a line around the building then when you wait two hours you are told they have your prescription but do not have the medication in stock or they are just closed! So inconvenient I don’t recommend especially when it’s medication you need for your kids!

My 1st experience at this location and the worst CVS experience ever. Wish I had read reviews before. I take full responsibility for either my misuse of the app, or my wifi not working or SOMETHING, but I had scheduled an appointment today, got there and was told I didn't have an appointment, but they knew what time it was at, somehow. They asked if they could fit me in and I was very appreciative they could, but I heard one of the other techs say "you're dealing with her?". :/ She threw paperwork at me with a "sign this." And I asked where and she signed and told me.rp.fill it out 1st... She could've said that. I was just trying to help hurry me along. I will just stay at my normal location and won't come back to this one.

Cashier sold me the incorrect Covid test. When asked for a covid test once I enter the store. She asked did I want a single or double test. I said a single would be fine. I proceeded to buy the test, when she handed me the test it said Antigen. I told her this is the incorrect test. Antigen check for antibodies for up to 30 days. I need the the regular test. She said it the same thing. I said no I want the regular test. I asked for a manager to speak with. She proceeded to call her manager "RENA" on her cell phone. She placed RENA on speaker phone so, the whole store can hear our conversation. Rena explained the same thing to me. I told Rena this is not my error I did not ask for a Antigen test. Your cashier handed me the test after I paid for it. The Cashier states "well you could have read it." Well I did read after she handed to me after I purchased it. Rena said we are unable to refund covid test, because of insurance purposes. I said well I didn't make the error you did. Cashier screamed at me to leave her store. I took the test to head to self check out, she ran behind me screaming give me to my test back. Then finally walked away. How embarrassing!
