CVS is known for its cleanliness, organization, and friendly staff. Many customers appreciate the well-displayed products and immaculate bathrooms, reflecting good management. The atmosphere is generally positive, with staff members often going above and beyond to help, even in challenging situations. One customer highlighted a particularly friendly employee who made their experience enjoyable while transferring prescriptions. However, some reviews noted issues with customer service, particularly when staff members appeared overwhelmed or unhelpful. There was a mention of a rude employee at the pharmacy pickup register, but another staff member stepped in to assist. Customers recognize that the store is often short-staffed, leading to stress among employees, yet many continue to show patience and maintain a positive attitude. Overall, while CVS has its challenges, including management and staffing concerns, customers appreciate the efforts of the hardworking employees and the clean, organized environment they provide. The store has earned a solid reputation for being a good place to meet various needs, with many recommending visits, especially when certain friendly staff members are working.
Always clean. Friendly. And good place to stop for needs. Nothings perfect but this place is far from 2.5 ratings. They’re really wonderful and doing what anyone can do

The employees are eating while filling prescriptions. I had a question about but the pharmacist couldn’t hear because she was listening to music with earbuds.
