The pharmacy doesn’t know what they’re doing here. They told me that one of my prescriptions wasn’t covered and I needed PA from my doctor. The generic drug is covered and my doctor’s office only send generic prescriptions; so why they are only trying to fill my script as a non-generic version requiring PA is beyond my comprehension. Had my doctor’s office very confused and a big waste of my time. I ended up picking up my medicine from Costco with zero issues.

My experience today was so good. Prescription pickup was easy. I got my call for pickup. Pharmacist and customer service are kind. I read the reviews. I understand staff is low in some places. Wait time is long, especially at busy times. I went in around 10:00 morning.

I am incredibly frustrated with the consistently tardy service provided by this pharmacy. Today, my prescription, dropped off five hours ago, is still not ready.The repeated delays are not only inconvenient but reflect a lack of commitment to customer well-being. It is disheartening to rely on a service that fails to meet the basic expectation of timely medication preparation. Waiting for hours on end disrupts my schedule and erodes the trust I place in this pharmacy.I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the chronic nature of these delays without any visible effort to improve is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect reliable and efficient service when it comes to managing my health, and unfortunately, this pharmacy has consistently fallen short.I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address and rectify these ongoing issues. Reliable and timely service is not just a preference; it's a necessity when it comes to healthcare

This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s only a minute from myHouse so it’s very convenient, but literally every time I come here there’s an issue. There out of stock of common medications, my prescription still hasn’t been filled even after it was prescribed many hours ago, once I was told the doctor never sent my prescription so I called the doctors office who said they did send it, I made multiple calls and trips to the cvs and they continued to say they never received it, well after 2 days of back and forth the cvs did receive my prescription the first time I went they just said it was in a different pile, how is that even possible??? I continue to go here like I said out of convenience but this is the last time I’ll ever come here! I don’t care how far I have to drive, anywhere is better than here. I cannot say anything good about this location. If I could give them 0 stars I would

I called to check on a prescription and was immediately put on hold. There was no greeting, no one said “please hold for one moment” I just heard the phone get picked up and slammed to forward me to hold. I waited 30 minutes before I finally just hung up. What a horrible way to treat a customer.

There was a human cashier and one self check out station, but the line was still long. They need more man power during rush hour.

This location always has terrible service. You'll wait at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru, the Pharmacists are always condescending and unfriendly, and they have a history of failing to find prescriptions that were already verified to be filled.

If I could I would rate zero stars. The pharmacy young ladies, one named Jacqueline, was so unhelpful rolling her eyes when I had a question. Then, when I was pulling up an RX coupon because the correct price wasn’t pulling up, the previous girl told me that they could write down the coupon code, but I had to go back around and wait in line so that she could take care of the next person in line. What?! I’ve waiting 20min+ for other people because I understand sometimes it’s a process. No compassion whatsoever. They were rude and had been taught no customer service etiquette.

Zero stars. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and never moved. I'm super sick and didn't want to cough all over everybody inside but they left me no choice. I go inside and there's 3 people working. The one at the window is going at snails pace so now that makes sense. The girl at the check in (Chanthy according to the receipt) is apparently hard of hearing or reading because I had to repeat my information 4 times before she found my prescriptions. She didn't even go over the medication with me. If I were you I wouldn't go inside for awhile considering I don't think they sanitize and like I said..I'm super sick. So this medication I was supposed to start this morning isn't getting started until noon. Thanks cvs for a fabulous experience.

Called the pharmacy 4 times to ask about my prescription. I was placed on hold without being able to get a word in, and then they hung up on me all 4 times.Showed up at the pharmacy in person, with a pleasant and kind demeanor, and was told it was not ready. I waited around for another 30 minutes, and then was told there was an issue with the script and they cancelled it. The pharmacist was VERY rude and acted annoyed. Seriously? I’m the one waiting for medicine for my CHILD and SHE’S annoyed? Why didn’t you just tell me you cancelled it in the first place?This is not the first time this has happened either. What a freaking mess. :(

Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever experienced! It’s so close I could walk to pick up, but I need to start using a different pharmacy because it doesn’t matter how much time you give them to have it ready it will never be ready to pick up and they will always say they just received it. I told my doctor this and she assured me she was placing it immediately and that it should be received in their system within 15 minutes, I gave them 1.5 hrs and was told they just received it, to come back in an hour. To top it off the pharmacy tech I’ve encountered lately is super unfriendly and last time while I waited in store, I witnessed her coughing all over her hands and not washing or sanitizing so that’s an added bonus. And they don’t ask you to pull around when you wait in the drive thru, they just keep everyone waiting and waiting and waiting…

If you want to go to a pharmacy where the staff wants to help you avoid this location.This location finds reasons not to help you absolutely ridiculous, horrible service. They should re-staff the entire pharmacy.

Even bad places occasionally perform well just by luck/statistics. Not this place. Terrible service and attitudes. They’ll smile and laugh with each other, just not across the counter or through the window. You are an in convenience to this staff.

I called to get my prescription transferred and I was immediately told I would be put on hold, 15 minutes waiting on the phone she gets back on and says “hello?” I started talking and she immediately hung up on me. I called again and a different lady answered and sounded like she hated her life and hated people and was very rude on the phone and refused to transfer any other medications to the pharmacy. I’ll be looking for a different pharmacy for sure. Definitely contacting their corporate line for sure.
