The pharmacist and staff at 5012 Trail lake Dr. Fort worth Tx. Are very helpful.They spend the extra time to provide personal service. The staff that handles non pharmaceuticals are superb in explaining and helping customers on coupons coupled with explaining questions on how the product they are purchasing works.

I was greeted once I walked into the store, assisted when I asked, and guided through self-checkout as well as helped with applying rewards to my purchase.

I literally just called and asked if the manager was there at the moment and in a rude tone a woman said “I’m the manager how can I help you “ and I said oh ok I was trying to see if you guys were hiring and said she said “ no we’re not and even if we were you can’t apply over the phone you have to go online” and I said oh yea I did apply online ,but as I was about to ask another question she said “ yea ok ”and hung up. And if you ask me that’s quite disrespectful

I waited in the parking lot for the store to open. Rude girl rolled up, went in, doors still locked. I waited. She put her phone up to something and walked away. I guess that opened the doors? Went in, asked where the COVID tests were, without turning around or looking at me, said, "OVER THERE!" I found them. Then had to do self-checkout. It wasn't working. She came over with an exasperated tone and told me I was doing it wrong. I finally bought the damn test kits and got out of there, but I WILL NEVER GO BACK.SO SORRY that I was an inconvenience and an interruption to your important job at CVS. Sorry that customers who aren't feeling so great coming into the store to spend money are a problem for you. Sorry that the entire rest of your life is going to be a train wreck because of your bad attitude.

This pharmacy has the worst pharmacist customer service imaginable. I've been waiting 5 hours for asthma and bronchitis medication to be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered 4 hours ago, so after talking to John, I found out it never was picked up for delivery. The pharmacy never called me. The app showed my order was out for delivery the entire time. I'm too sick to drive. I'm going to transfer to a new company. This place keeps me from getting well.

Just wanted to say the young lady named Connie was very helpful and went over above and beyond to help me. I will be returning to your store that young lady is soo helpful and I'm glad she acknowledged me and gave me great customer service!

Had a prescription sent into the CVS in Target and they did not have it but the on on Trail Lake did. One CVS sent it to another CVS and I get to Trail Lake and they tell me that the medication can not be transferred. I had to have my doctor send it in to the Trail Lake CVS. Little Miss Sunshine behind the counter needs a lesson in customer service. Never again.

I had the pleasure to stop by this location before heading home to grab a couple of things! At the end of checking out I totally forgot about my coupon so I went to find an associate who was more than happy to help me! Her name was ERMA ( I hope I’m spelling it right If not I’m so sorry lol )! I appreciate the time she took to refund my items so that I could use all of my coupons available to me! I saved money and got what I needed! Thank you again Erma , you’re awesome!! Oh, and to her supervisor GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE PLEASE AND THANKS!! ?

Nicole was very rude for no reason to my girlfriend and I, saying “don’t do that in my store” as we left. We had no idea what she was talking about and asked her to clarify what we had done but she refused to elaborate and just kept saying “y’all have a good night” in a dismissive way as we tried to understand what had happened. Unprofessional and borderline crazy behavior

Front cashier, Dynette was extremely rude. I’m not at all a fan of self checkout (I’m not offered an employee discount so not interested in doing their job), yet it’s the only option at CVS :( I go only once per month to take advantage of my monthly $10 reward. Anyway, one of our discounts didn’t pull up on the register and we required assistance…needless to say when I commented to Dynette that I wasn’t a fan of self checkout and didn’t like being forced to do their job without being granted any discount she immediately became defensive and informed me that she also didn’t get any discounts for working there - she was rude and offensive :(

Always very friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile, but most of all they have been extremely fast in filing my prescriptions - much more quickly than Walgreens. They do customer service right at this location.

Great place to go for whatever it is you may need. I Love the CVS care card. I save more then I spend usually. This store is one of my favorite.
