I have NEVER EVER in my life been treated so horribly as by the male "pharmacist" on Jacksboro hwy as I have been both yesterday and today. Not only will I NEVER Fill anything at that location AGAIN! As a matter of fact I have contacted my dr to have my meds MOVED Immediately! He is the NASTIEST man I have had the DISPLEASURE of dealing with! He LIED TO MY FACE! I called yesterday when my 1st med was called in and the lady that answered said it would be ready @5:00, then I got a message saying 6:30 so I called and literally was on hold for nearly an HOUR with no response. So I drove up there and the drive thru was closed so I went in to inquire about the fact that the time kept changing bc as I waited in line the app said that it was on hold. So I asked when I would be able to get it filled. He told me to call on fri and he would tell me. As I was speaking with him I got a text saying my dr had sent the second one so I asked about it while I was there and he claims he hasn't gotten it yet. I returned home. So today I checked my app and it said they don't have the medication and didn't know when they would. Knowing that I cannot get a refill of controlled substance sent to another pharmacy if there is one on file, AND there is NO option to cancel in the app I called AND AGAIN NO ONE ANSWERED!!! 45 MIN on hold. So AGAIN I drove up there so I could cancel it. SURPRISE!! Guess who I speak to? Same man! explained what the app said and requested him to cancel for the same reason I just stated, to which he LIED TO MY FACE tells me the DR has to cancel which in over 30 years I've NEVER once heard that and told him I've always been able to cancel a med. Begrudgingly he FINALLY cancelled as I asked, though VERY RUDELY and scowling at me. I asked since I was there if he could see when my Clonazepam could be filled and he SNAPPED AT ME again Lying to me saying I had been TOLD 3 TIMES to call Fri. to which I replied that NO ONE will answer the phone so I thought I Would check while I was there but that I HAD been told 3 different tines and ONLY ONCE WAS I TOLD.....AND BY HIM....LAST NIGHT to call BUT NO ONE ANSWERERS THE PHONE!!!! I am disabled and have anxiety as well as other mental and physical DISABILITIES and it is not easy for me to have to go through all of what THAT MAN has done and said to me!!!! This is ABUSIVE, RUDE, UNCALLED FOR AND 100% UNACCEPTABLE!

I usually go to Walgreens, biggest waste of time and worst experience I’ve had at a pharmacy, and only came here because the Urgent Care Center accidentally sent my prescription here. The pharmacist Mohammad doesn’t know how to use their own system. Then he decided to close the pharmacy to go to lunch in the middle of not helping me.

I used to love coming to the pharmacy because they were fast and efficient! But, with these new staff members I had to switch pharmacy’s ( I literally live behind the pharmacy) They never have anything in stock & are always with a scrunched face like if they hate working there. Drive thru always closed, they never answer the phone & I had to visit them every single day! To get my meds & they were always OUT OF STOCK! It would have been nice to be informed since day 1! Instead of telling me to come back the next day! CVS do better, I hate to be a nagging person but, half of these people feel the same on how they receive the customers.

My parent have used this CVS forever. My mom recently had a major surgery and the pharmacy denied the RX from the hospital. For 5 days post-op I got the runaround from the Pharmacist stating he was "trying to verify the dosage to save his license". I'm not sure what they have going on here but they have lost my parents business. They weren't even professional enough to give me the next steps I needed to take to get her the Medicine prescribed.

Waited about 35 minutes and no one came to the window. A lady over the speaker said it'll be a few minutes. That's fine, I'm patient but she never came to the window or was seen inside. Pressed the button again after 15 minutes and no one responded. An elderly lady had been waiting inside since before we got to the window and she was looking around for someone as well. No telling how long she was in there waiting. Told my husband, "Let's go." but he's stubborn and we waited another 20 minutes. We was wondering why the car before us took off without getting anything and it wasn't lunch time either as it has a sign stating when it is. This is ridiculous and disgusting service as someone who may seriously need their medication can't get it because of incompetence.

The most unprofessional service I’ve had. Was supposed to have a prescription delivered same day because I’m unable to walk or drive I’ve and they failed to tell me it would be 1-2 business days. No one took responsibility for the problem.

So Friday, stopped at cvs to get my sister a pair of the new foster grant multi focal reading glasses in 3.25, I said to the clerk in the pharmacy. If she doesn’t like them can I bring them back. She said yes as long as you have the receipt. So Sunday I went to take them back, receipt glasses and packaging with me, except for the insert because my sister actually had to cut the tabs off the insert that was holding the glasses and tossed the tabs and insert into the trash. The clerk looked at my receipt and said I need the insert because the glasses do not match the package. I said wth? I brought everything back that I bought right here 2 days ago with receipt and your saying I did this? She said try a different cvs to see if they will take them, we won’t. This is why I quit using this cvs, said basically the same thing when they could not fill a prescription my doctor sent. So now I am out money for glasses no one can use, like I switched them? Get better CVS OR CLOSE.

This is a location to avoid. They told me the medicine would be ready by 6pm, then I gave them a few days, show up, still have to wait for them get it ready.

Unbelievably slow... If you get a call stating meds ready at a particular time, don't count on it. Drove over, drove thru on that basis, not ready another hour. Come back 2 hours later and not ready (another hour they say) if I come in to wait another 20 minutes. Very common meds, had full day lead time to get them together. No apology. Recommend anywhere else.
