Really great pharmacy service! These people are working hard and are trying their best being short staffed. Every pharmacy in town was out of rx cough medicine and I was told to come to this cvs because they had some in stock. At first, they told me that because of how busy it was it might not be ready tonight. I asked if there was any way it could be done as soon as they can tonight because my partner tried multiple over the counter products and wasn’t going to be able to sleep. The pharmacist and the technician were very attentive and told me I could have a seat and wait. I expected it would take about 30min but they ended up getting it ready in 5min despite the huge volume of work they had! I cannot thank the staff enough!! Thank you for everything and I hope y’all get the extra help y’all need!

If I could give zero stars I would. I sat on hold for fifteen minutes waiting for someone to answer my call, never even spoke to a human, and they picked up and hung up. BEYOND unprofessional. This is something I would have been fired for as a teenager in a first job situation. I hope that's not what this was? Is that the kind of business you're running? We're setting the bar at angsty teen at a drive thru window? Gross. Truly disgusting.

Zero stars.Beware of discrimination based on your appearance.. there's a few staff who are absolutely atrocious and will treat you like garbage if you look different or are disabled. Add in zero concept of personal space and they have no problem talking down to anyone who they decide to hold a bias against. It's uncalled for to get within two feet of someone and corner them. It's called harassment and it's illegal. So is discrimination. If you can't treat everyone fairly, go get a job NOT dealing with people. I fear for any single mothers who have to carry their child's diaper bag.. since it's apparently acceptable to harass the disabled for needing their health supplies on hand which results in am extra purse. Do not go here if you want to be treated like a human being. I will be looking into filling official complaints against this store's workers after such a horrific experience.Corporate needs to train their employees on how to behave properly and do a refresh on ethical issues. Don't go here unless you want a traumatic experience.

Customer service is not great. They need to work on their manners and act like they like their job at least.

The store doesn’t open on time! The hours are 0800 to midnight. I sat in the parking lot from 0800 to 0820 and it never opened up for business! What a waste! And unprofessional!

I am writing this email to bring to your attention a recent experience I had at your store that has left me disappointed and concerned. Yesterday, on July 14th, I visited your store with the intention of getting my blood pressure checked on one of the blood pressure machines. I had been feeling dizzy and light-headed for the past three days, and I wanted to monitor my blood pressure. Upon entering the store just before the Pharmacy closed, I approached a Pharmacist and a student who was training to be a pharmacist. I explained that the standard cuff on the blood pressure machine did not fit my bicep entirely and inquired if there were any options available with a larger cuff. One of them suggested using the wrist monitors instead. I proceeded to the pharmacy register and purchased a wrist blood pressure monitor for $60. I informed the Pharmacist that I would be sitting in the waiting area to test my blood pressure, as I was feeling very dizzy and considering seeking medical attention at an ER or Urgent Care. After trying the wrist blood pressure monitor three times within the store, I obtained three significantly different readings. I concluded that the machine was defective and decided to seek a refund and visit a clinic instead. Subsequently, I walked to the front of the store and approached a cashier who was eating a candy bar at the register. I requested a refund to my AMEX for the purchase of the blood pressure monitor ($60). The cashier informed me that without a receipt, the refund would be provided in the form of store credit only. I explained to her that I had made the purchase in the Pharmacy and had not exited the store, using my ExtraCare number and selecting the "No receipt" option. Nonetheless, she insisted that only store credit could be issued. Drawing upon my knowledge from having worked for CVS approximately eight years ago, I requested to speak with the manager. I mentioned that the manager could verify the purchase through the office's surveillance cameras and retrieve the actual receipt transaction from the computer system. In response, the cashier replied in a very passive-aggressive tone that there was no manager present. This raised another concern for me since I was under the impression that the policy required at least two individuals to close a store. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, stating that she didn't know me (she also didn't have a name badge on). Eventually, she disclosed that her manager's first name was Andrew, but she was unaware of his last name. Feeling frustrated and unwell, I expressed my disbelief that she wouldn't give me her name and that she was alone in the store. I emphasized that her only response was to provide her manager's first name as Andrew, which prompted me to consider escalating the matter to corporate. She responded with a smirk, which only added to my frustration. In an attempt to gather more information, I purchased a piece of gum to obtain the employee number and name. I am emailing both of you to bring these issues to your attention. Even though taking my business elsewhere may not have a significant impact on the day-to-day operations of the store, I believe there are several concerns in this situation that could potentially lead to larger legal liabilities. Instead of resorting to threats such as contacting the Better Business Bureau or leaving negative Google reviews, I have chosen to address these matters directly with you. Ultimately, I would like to request a refund for the wrist blood pressure monitor. I believe it is important to resolve this issue promptly and to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Photos from the 2nd purchase gum with the cashier/store/ time info as well as various readings from the wrist monitor that was given to me.

Lisa helped me with a photo order I was having trouble with at my local CVS. I drove 15 minutes to get the help she promised and won't mind coming back to this location in the future. Thank you Lisa!
