Helpless pharmacy! They cancelled and delayed prescriptions are the norm. Trying to call the pharmacy is worthless. This morning, I spent over an hour on hold and was hung up on 3 times.

This pharmacy is beyond terrible. Which is hard to say about a company who strictly bills a prescription and put it out to pick up. There's not a lot of room for error. However they are not even capable of running a productive, pick up line, as they will allow people with issues to sit in the one out of two pick up lines for over 34 minutes. Their second pick up line is not functionable, only takes paper, making it impossible to grab a quick, already ready prescription. This group should not be in business. If they cannot be more productive, it is a major waste of time to come through here two times and still not be able to pick up a prescription because they allow a car to sit at the pick up window and wait for Hours Instead of asking them to drive around and come back when it is their turn to pick up up prescription

Unfortunate I can't give less than one star. The pharmacy personnel are indifferent and incompetent. The person at the drive through window "Sophia" delivered the wrong medication. When asked to replace with the correct script she lied about just receiving the correct script. We had previously received a text picking. They said they were really busy and it would be another hour. The prescription is a pain medication for recent oral surgery. Indifference in the health field is a sad commentary on this business.

This pharmacy is always slow to fill prescriptions. I had a procedure today at 1130. My Dr. called in my prescription at 1300. I went to pick it up at 1600and they told me it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. I leave come back and my prescription is still not filled. Kinda sucks when your having fresh po pain and can't take medication!

This is my local CVS & therefore I love it through its .... issues. Employees are generally pretty cool, both at the pharmacy and standard counter. Only issues I've really had are 1) super judgmental mindset around life saving drugs like Narcan, 2) if you ever try to call the pharmacy, there's a 95% chance of getting put on hold for at least 15 mins and about a half chance they'll never remember to return to your line. The front counter is pretty sloe between 10pm-6am because the self checkout is closed and they seem to understaff based off the way employees will be running across the entire store. God, I love this place. Besides the narcan thing. The narcan thing isn't cool.

SEVERELY understaffed. Whenever I come here they never have anyone at the register - they usually only have self checkout available. When I asked an employee if they could help me at a register so I could get stamps, he told me that they were doing self check out only.

Marginal service, pharmacy has long waits , tells you to come pick up your prescriptions and then they are not ready , shelves poorly stocked. A few decent employees but the place is a disorganized . Self checkout is a disaster.

I have to take this opportunity to give a shout out to this pharmacy and the help they've given me, especially an employee named Jackson. All the pharmacy employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful, but Jackson went above and beyond to make sure that I had good service and could use coupons on my meds so that they were more affordable. I truly appreciate that in these trying financial times.

Ysenia is a lady who checked us out today. I needed a rapid COVID test and no one was that the register, I had to go down a couple of aisles to find her and she took her time putting up her stock THEN decided to help me. I bought a COVID TEST. We are a family of 7 and all of us are starting to get sick. So I bought o e and then my his band went in to buy his own. She BLATANLY told him "are you with the lady that was just i ?" He said yes and she I cannot sell this to you because you all already bought one. First off who are you to question us?????? Ridiculous and disappointed. I will write a review on Yelp, and google to let them know about how Ysenia treated our family!

At the absolue Apex of Omicrone, Senior citizens walking around...going to get their vaccines. There's a staff member (possibly a manager) not masked AND in an aisle coughing spasmatically. A wet, rattling nasty cough without a mask. A staff member. I can't even imagine. Even if you're super all about freedom and that stuff....if you work at a drug store during a pandemic at least ACT like you care about senior customers. It's just gross, selfish behaviour.

Terrible customer service and communication. Spouse visited location to purchase needles for our diabetic cat. They were declined service and told that because our scrip is not with CVS, they will not fill the order (despite the purchase being legal over the counter). I called back to get clarification, and turns out all we needed to do was present evidence of the prescription (not actually have the scrip with CVS), which was never told at the visit. Pathetic.
