There is never anyone at or near the front register. There is only a self-checkout kiosk, so if you ever need prints or any other kind of help with checking out you'll find yourself on a perimeter march around the store to find an associate. Not the friendliest bunch in the pharmacy area either. I get the impression that they are understaffed and poorly managed.

Terrible customer service and always extremely slow at the pharmacy drive thru. Unfortunately, my insurance required me to change from Kroger to CVS and I transferred a prescription there almost 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have it.

My doc put in the prescription well in advance so that my pills would be available right when I got out so that I could take them for the pain. I show up 2 hours later and nope, not ready. I was unable to wait so told them I would come back at 2, person didn't even mention the pharmacy is closed at 2. I show up at 2 and it's closed. Ended up having to wait many hours after my surgery in pain with no pills, thanks for that.

Last two times the people at the drive-thru pharmacy were rude. No personality, seems like you're bothering them and you don't really even want to go back.

Avoid this store at all cost It is extremely clear the "manager" Candice has no intent to be helpful and rather chooses to be extremely rude to customers and cannot own her mistakes such as losing my package

Currently waiting over 45 minutes for a covid vaccine. Employees failed to even provide updates or acknowledge my presence. I'm the only person here in front of the pharmacy.

Horrible place, worst customer service. I wish I would have gotten the name of the little boy that works the window in the pharmacy. Hispanic boy that thinks he has authority.

Difficulty getting prescriptions filled correctly. Probelms with male pharmacist being curt. Automated notification system is horrible. Female pharmacist and techs are good.

Please choose another pharmacy- I dropped my prescription off today and Kelly the pharmacist aSked for my providers DEA number. Instead of looking it up on the TMB website which takes 2 seconds she proceeded to have an attitude and wouldn't go the extra mile to look up the number on the website. I had to wait and call my provider myself. I won't be back at this location because of Kelly's lack of urgency and poor customer service. Avoid this pharmacy there are too many others.

The pharmacy staff here are more helpful and polite than at most big chain pharmacies. They have been very helpful with questions. I took off one star for a really long wait, but admittedly it did seem to be an extremely busy day. But again, despite being extremely rushed they were polite and very helpful.

I like this CVS because it's so close to my residence and o typically use their 1 hr photo business. Today, I picked up my photos and when I went to go look at the photos in the car I was shocked because there were long scratches on 1/3 of the prints. When I went back in to complain about the photos the shift manager was aware of the issue and stated everyone had the same issue... my concern is-they were aware of the printing issue but still tried to sell me a ruined photo. The shift manager refunded me the photos that were ruined and while he was taking care of me a store associate had an attitude in front of other customers and then stormed out. Slightly awkward... I'll continue to come to the CVS for small needs but the store manager even recommended that I use another CVS to print my photos
