This pharmacy is always slow to fill prescriptions. I had a procedure today at 1130. My Dr. called in my prescription at 1300. I went to pick it up at 1600and they told me it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. I leave come back and my prescription is still not filled. Kinda sucks when your having fresh po pain and can't take medication!

This is my local CVS & therefore I love it through its .... issues. Employees are generally pretty cool, both at the pharmacy and standard counter. Only issues I've really had are 1) super judgmental mindset around life saving drugs like Narcan, 2) if you ever try to call the pharmacy, there's a 95% chance of getting put on hold for at least 15 mins and about a half chance they'll never remember to return to your line. The front counter is pretty sloe between 10pm-6am because the self checkout is closed and they seem to understaff based off the way employees will be running across the entire store. God, I love this place. Besides the narcan thing. The narcan thing isn't cool.

Here is another example of poor customer service and lack of efficiency. I order a product online with the expectation of picking it up at CVS the next day. They accepted my transaction and informed me it would be ready the following day.The following day I received notice that my transaction was canceled (no reason provided) AND that the funds I paid would be held for several days before I would receive a refund. Lack of communication and poor customer service means I will definitely not be returning to this CVS and unless you want to allow them to seize funds from your bank account; I caution you against any transaction with them!

Worst customer service at CVS I have ever experienced. I may not be back. I needed to transfer a prescription from Walmart to this location and also have a prescription filled. I made this request Sunday morning. Sunday late afternoon, I went in to get medications, and they stated they had never received them from Walmart. But this is not uncommon. I spoke to the pharmacist, and he told me he would call Walmart Monday morning. The gal at the front desk said my other prescription's name and walked to the back. I stood there for 5 mins, and the pharmacist told the gal I was still standing there; she came back and asked what I needed. I said my medication she told me oh, we are waiting on auth. Fast forward to Thursday, I call the pharmacy and ask about my medications. The gal on the phone told me they hadn’t heard back from the insurance company(not their fault), but they do not know anything about the medication from Walmart. I asked did the pharmacist even call, and she said she didn’t know. She then asks me for Walmarts phone number. I said I don’t know Walmarts phone number. She asked if it was the Walmart in Midlothian, and I said yes. She said then I could look it up online. She sye a lot I was annoying her during the conversation, so I just hung up on her. Terrible customer service!!!

SEVERELY understaffed. Whenever I come here they never have anyone at the register - they usually only have self checkout available. When I asked an employee if they could help me at a register so I could get stamps, he told me that they were doing self check out only.

Poor experience in trying to use this pharmacy in order to receive a flu shot. CVS has a very cumbersome process for scheduling an appointment online. That being said, I had assumed that once the appointment was made, the process would be very straightforward. The pharmacy itself seemed slammed, even though there was no one in line. The staff seemed very busy, moving from place to place, but not actually helping anyone waiting. I don't know if they were busy with online orders or the drive-thru, but inside the store, they were moving very slowly. I checked in for my vaccine online, but when I arrived in store, I had to check in again. This took about ten minutes, but I had arrived ten minutes early. I was told to provide my ID and insurance, and then to wait. The staff member then checked in a few more people. Then when they were done, they started calling names (the same staff person), presumably for shots. After twenty minutes, my name was called, and I was asked (again) for my insurance. At that time, I was told that they weren't part of the network, and that I could either pay $25 for a vaccine or go to Walgreens. (I'm not sure why Walgreens, perhaps they knew that it was part of my network.) I was frustrated, but agreed to pay the $25, and was then directed to wait at a cashier. Another ten minutes passes, and then the employee tells me that the pharmacist needs to approve my appointment. At this point, I didn't get into a further discussion, I just said to cancel the appointment. By now, it was 2:45, when I had a scheduled appointment at 2:15. They made the appointment, knowing that my insurance wouldn't be accepted, while promoting on the web site that any vaccine would be at \\\"no cost\\\". The other online reviews amazed me, and I couldn't understand how a pharmacy could get such low ratings. But after my experience, I have a better understanding. I won't be coming back here for services in the future, if I can avoid it.

Marginal service, pharmacy has long waits , tells you to come pick up your prescriptions and then they are not ready , shelves poorly stocked. A few decent employees but the place is a disorganized . Self checkout is a disaster.

Pharmacist answering phone was extremely rude. This “pharmacy” doesn’t even carry nebulizers. Ridiculous

I have to take this opportunity to give a shout out to this pharmacy and the help they've given me, especially an employee named Jackson. All the pharmacy employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful, but Jackson went above and beyond to make sure that I had good service and could use coupons on my meds so that they were more affordable. I truly appreciate that in these trying financial times.

The pharmacy is fine but everything else (front register employees) is horrible. They have no common sense.

Ysenia is a lady who checked us out today. I needed a rapid COVID test and no one was that the register, I had to go down a couple of aisles to find her and she took her time putting up her stock THEN decided to help me. I bought a COVID TEST. We are a family of 7 and all of us are starting to get sick. So I bought o e and then my his band went in to buy his own. She BLATANLY told him "are you with the lady that was just i ?" He said yes and she I cannot sell this to you because you all already bought one. First off who are you to question us?????? Ridiculous and disappointed. I will write a review on Yelp, and google to let them know about how Ysenia treated our family!
