Went in due to having issues with my new iphone and the Esim. Both reps provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to get my phone working again. They explained every step and answered all questions I had. Was in and out in less than an hour! Thank you guys!

Bad customer service 2 lady’s that are working here don’t know what they doing and with bad attitude I come here on 03/13/2023 ones I saw all that bad attitude and customer service I had to leave and go somewhere else

I enjoyed every minute cinthia. She was very helpful. She set my entire phone up for . Even chit chatted for a bit. the other employee is very sweet as well . If you are looking for service definitely go on into cricket on legacy. They won’t disappoint you .! We have a really good experience. It’s hard to find good down the earth customer service these days and these wonderful ladies really went above and beyond to make sure I was leaving with a smile on my face . thank you ?

Sierra was super knowledgeable and patient with helping us decide on a new plan when we came in. We had a lot of questions and she answered them all without getting frustrated and remained friendly throughout our whole visit. We didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable like sales people in the past have made us feel. She’s literally the real MVP?
