I went into this store on 06/28 to buy multiple iPhones for my employees at work as we needed to upgrade. When I arrived at the store I could not believe it was even open for business, no air conditioning?! The entire system was off and they had it so it could not be turned on? 110 degrees outside… Close your business if you don’t want to have a comfortable establishment. Not only for your customers but for your employees. As a previous customer of this place, it’s pretty disappointing that they wouldn’t acknowledge that it was dangerously hot inside of the building. You lost my money tonight, that’s for sure. The woman working was extremely positive throughout my complaints of the heat inside your building and an absolute joy to talk to, I would have absolutely bought my phones from here but this loss is on the owner or the management. Do what’s right and fix this, if you’re unable to do that then close the store until you get it figured out.

I was not intending to buy a device at Cricket Wireless today. But I was sold by Nancy professionalism and A1 excellent customer service skills. If anyone deserve employee of the year it sshould most definitely be her. Thanks Nancy. Job well done.

STOLE MY MONEY....Mr martinez act like he knew what he was doing and wasn't able to port over my number after I paid...he wouldn't provide a reciept nor one that said I needed a refund lied about it taking 3/5 to be back on my bank card after he acted like maybe the payment didn't go thru...AFTER 10 DAYS BACK UP AT THE STORE THEY TOLD ME FIGHT IT W MY BANK THEY CANT DO ANYTHING AFTER THEY TOOK $150 BUCKS AND I DONT EVEN HAVE SERVICE THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN HISTORY AND THEY STOLE MY MONEY

am not very 'bright', & yet i was treated like a v.i.p. came home from work this afternoon & replacement was already here! ty to those who initially encouraged me to get the insurance. will be coming by to get help with moving contacts/photos by smart ppl ?
