The last several times I have sent a prescription, it's never ready when they say it will be ready. I'm a patient person, and don't mind waiting. However, it seems to me that this pharmacy is completely inefficient. Time to try a new one!

For awhile, I used this location with no serious issue, except long wait times. Lately, I tried to use their online service, and it took all my info but at the end, it gave me a red letter warning that something was incorrect, and after trying to redo it 3 times, I called them. They told me to get my vaccine, just drop in and they would take me. When I was able to go, they said it would be a 90 minute wait, and I requested an appointment, they said I HAD TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT ONLINE!! Subsequently, I took my business elsewhere!

I am sooo over this Walgreen's. I tried to get my insulin filled beginning on a Monday when my doctor authorized a refill. Just to cut to the point, in the following three days I was told no less than 5 different times, places, and possible outcomes on my insulin fill. On Weds night, the pharmacy finally declared that they didn't have my rx, and that it wouldn't be there for a week. In addition to all that confusion, they also kept me on hold 3 times for 20 min each.... AND they hung up on me. Today, Thurs, I received yet another email saying my rx is ready. HOWEVER, I AM MOVING ALL OF MY RXs TO CVS JUST AS SOON AS I CAN. This isn't the first time for them to jerk me around in this way, but I'm going to make it the last.

Asthma is no laughing matter. I had a refill available, clerk argued I needed to wait another 24 hours for insurance to pay it. The problem is I have TWO prescriptions and one was indeed available but she was too lazy to look it up. I told her I'd be back tomorrow with proof from the DR's office and to get an apology and she said I ain't ever gonna apologize to you and left the window. Another gal came over with, the same attitude and when I told them I hope I didn't choke to death they laughed at me . Wow, you have people dispensing life-saving medication, but they won't, and on top laugh at the patient. I guess they worried, I got home and the phone rang with an automated call that my prescription was now ready. Ya, they worried after I drove off. Wow. I have complained to corporate Walgreens. The women in question were Amy and Stephanie. Maybe you ladies will have to apologize to your boss when he calls you in. Now I'm laughing.

Worst staff I have ever had to deal with. The pharmacy workers are rude and not helpful at all. They do not care about anyone and act as if anything is an inconvenience to them. The entire staff should be fired. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again.

I was sick and had my prescriptions dropped off here so they could be filled. They told me they would be ready by 12:30 PM. I called at 1:30 PM to check the status and they said, "we have one more to feel so go ahead and head this way before our lunch break." I literally left right away and was in a line with one car ahead. When I pulled up to the window the lady shut it and would not allow me to speak with her and just showed me two fingers, to indicate that they would be back at 2 PM. Why did I even leave my house sick as can be and follow their instructions to a T, to only have to drive right back to the house and have to go back up there again. This is poor customer service and just plain ridiculous.

Worst Pharmacy staff in Ft Worth! They act as if they are the only ones short staffed, under-paid, and burned out! So are their customers these days! But- the customers have one up on these employees..... they are also SICK! They need their meds! Excuses, if offered, can't trump illness. A few days after picking up meds I called my Doctor to see if he was going to fill a drug script we had discussed. He already had- he'd sent it in ten days ago! Though I had picked up other meds I was not given this one - it had been sitting in the bin for ten days! Called in another - in the drive through window to pick it up they handed me 2 of the 3. Then I get a call to ask why I hadn't picked up the blood pressure script? Twice was given a medication I clearly couldn't use- a 90 day supply at that! After 10 months they still fill scripts for it even though it is a time release capsule that can't be used in a PEG tube and I've brought this up over & over! Recently received call to say order was ready. Three hours later, 7PM in the drive thru window again, they told me they didn't have it! But I could go to another Walgreens & pick it up. No, she didn't know where that location was, could only give me their phone number. Last week I used the automated system to re-order, gave the phone number, birthdate, script number as usual. Followed up next morning for p/u; No, they were out of it, but expected shipment Monday. Called Mon and she asked for my birthday before answering if it had come in. It had come in, but they were out of it again and, would have to fax doctor to OK it. "Someone didn't fax the doctor's office last week"! Meanwhile I can't breathe -until the next shipment! I could go on, but bottom line is, there are still better drugstores, and this is afterall, about our health. Seniors 'get it'.

Sophia F. The pharmacy manager Is a racist. It's really sad that Walgreens has yet to address the situation. May 2nd, my boyfriend who is an African American college student attempted to get a vaccine shot but was refused for several different reasons by Sophia. He had an appointment and everything. Since she did not have a good reason to refuse him, he called corporate. Whomever he talked to over the phone did not understand why he was being refuse in the first place so then we got a supervisor on the phone & she told sophia she can not refuse him the vaccine. She proceed to ask the Supervisor on the phone why he had to get the shot at her location. He waited 3+ hours before she gave him the vaccine. Normally, each person is suppose to be monitored or watched for a few minutes after taking the vaccine but she did not do that. She told him to simple go and did not give him the same service the other patients received. Several customers watched and disagreed with the worker on her actions as well. Nothing was done about it after we have made several complaints with Walgreen and BBB. It's sad that a black male cant go to a Walgreen to get a simple vaccine without being treated as if he is a-thug or he doesn't belong there.

At this Walgreens location there was an amazing super helpful person by the name of Linda. She was incredible sweet and patient. I would not suggest the pharmacy as they are constantly understaffed but the employees are very kind.

Wow!! What a rude customer service!! I will never come back again to this location. I want to report the manager and the employee. They don't deserve what they pay for . I asked for help to find an item and the employee was so rude and she told me to go find this item by my self and she told me I cannot help you. What a trash employee. And the manager is even worse. I am looking for the boss of that location and I want to report them. DON'T WALK RUN FROM THAT LOCATION..!!

This Walgreens pharmacy is awful They are so slow in the drive-thru I am in line a minimum of 10 minutes every time I go and I have been in line (stuck between cars so I couldnt leave) for almost 25. The blonde young girl with glasses was very rude when I asked for a bag when she handed me 6 Rx bags thru the drive-thru window. When I asked, her reply was I stapled them all together...wtf?? The bags were tearing where she put in 6 staples in them. Sadly, I transferred all our prescriptions to this location because it's closer to my residence and I am not able to drive very far due to recent brain surgery but this pharmacy is a joke and needs to be monitored more by upper management outside of the store. The young men who work there move slow and you would think drive-thru would be faster...NOT HERE. They dont even usually acknowledge that you pulled up to the window at times for 4-5 minutes. This pharmacy alone makes me want to move to so I can go to another location. Going inside is not as bad but I have seen the staff pass over people standing in line for a good while (I would say about 7 minutes because that's how long I was there) and then when I stepped in and called them out, they looked shocked that I was more aware of who was "next" in line. Walgreens...take note!! This is not how you keep people returning if you treat them like this.

Wow! I will never go back to this location! The customer service here is pathetic! I walked up to the counter this morning to pay for my items - the cashier was sorting the newspapers and putting them in the bins - not once did she look at me or acknowledge I was standing there. She processed to finish what she was doing then walked around the counter - again not saying a word & never made eye contact with me. She rang me up told me my total, gave me my receipt, I took my bag & halfway to the door - she sarcastically & loudly said "have a great day 'mam" With so many other business' out there that sell the same things - you think customer service would be a priority for these stores ...
