Other than the absolutely chaos of Costco on a weekend, our transaction for 4 new tires was pretty straight forward. Extra perks for members too. Love that

I’ve generally had good experiences at Costco Tire in the past, which is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. However, my most recent visit was incredibly frustrating. I arrived just two minutes late, and the tire department supervisor made me wait three hours—clearly just to prove a point. After spending nearly $1,500, I still had to convince him that my tires actually needed to be replaced. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it was disappointing to be treated that way as a loyal customer. At this point, I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere—other tire shops will price match and are more respectful of your time. Once I’m done with this current set of tires, I’ll be going somewhere else.

Let this be a warning to other customers, take video and pictures of your vehicle before service from this location. I dropped my car off for tire repair and when I got my car back there were several scratches to my car seat, clearly whoever moved my car had something in their back pocket. I immediately brought it to their attention, and the manager had me file an incident report. This went to a third party who conducted an investigation and determined they are not liable for the damage due to no video evidence. I myself witnessed the manager, Ian, relocate my vehicle and he had a large keychain and phone in his back right pocket, precisely where the scratches are on my vehicle. It’s very disappointing that he did not admit fault. I would have been very understanding that accidents happen, and accepted just to repair the damage. But to be completely denied I think is highly unacceptable and unjustified. Unfortunate for me and lesson learned to have video evidence before my next service. And a PSA to others to protect yourself and assets!

The tire was punctured by a nail but they wouldn't fix it.

Recently got two tires replaced here. They broke the center caps and wouldnt replace them ($20 value). Seriously? The manager, Josh, was super rude and lied, saying they were already broken and would fall off if they put them back on. Tell me Josh, how were they already broken, but rode nice and securely for 2 years since I last got tires? If yall broke the retention clips on accident, just replace it.

Thank you Brandon and Ettore. They cared enough to try to help even though they didn’t have to and found a problem more dangerous than we realized. I’ve only been a Costco member for a few months and seeing this kind of service leads me to realize what has made so many people life-long members. Thank you guys!!! It was almost 8 PM and we had a strange wobble in our front wheel. We were close to Costco and the closed at 8:30 so we pulled up to an empty bay and Ettore asked if he could help us. I told him about the wobble and that I thought I may have a bent rim. He explained what they could do was to try to rebalance the tires but he would have to ask the manager since it was passed the cut off time. He spoke to the manager and they agreed. They charged $25 to rebalance the wheels/tires and said they’d call us when it’s done. Brandon called soon after to say that the tire tread was separating and causing the wobble. We needed new tires. He showed me where the problems were, where the tire was bulging and gave us many options. I didn’t realize the problem could be the tire tread separating and how dangerous the situation actually was. Thank you Ettore and Brandon.

Called the tire center to see what the wait time was and told it’s a two hour wait to get in just to have my car serviced! Wish they had away so I could’ve gotten in to get new tires, can’t do the two hour wait.

I’ve been going to this Costco tire center for a long time and every time I go in the Manger Josh has been completely rude and unprofessional. If the other Costco wasn’t so far from me I would go there because he makes every interaction with a customer feel like they are unwanted, bothering him, and like he has better things to do. I understand being busy but it is very unprofessional for a MANGER to yell at customers. His bad attitude towards customers is getting out of hand.

Today I went to Costco because AI have a membership, I saw something very disturbing.. It was a small doberman in a sweater but the sweater had a pencil on it and it said "back to school!" but school started MONTHS ago!! That is a LIE. Also someone was wearing a crop top! Very inappropriate.. They weren't even ashamed about it. Good store and good products... I would recommend shopping here they have been nothing but good to me

Sometimes there's some nice deals, but not many. Mostly overpriced and overpackaged so-called premium items with maybe 3% knocked off the regular prices. The worst thing about this place is the visible employees that act as if they're locked in some hellhole. There are good ones, but there are a few that don't even try to hide their absolute disdain for customers. If this was the original Price Club, they'd be working somewhere else by now or on the dole. They all seem inordinately stressed, so I suspect the problem is with the store manager. The beef is iffy - it can be prime or choice, but half the time the cuts are done incorrectly - often the grain of the beef is cut in such a way that the meat feels mealy. The preparation- is usually much too bloody, but one time the meat was so desiccated a ribeye steak was a pinkish white color. But they do take it back if you return it. If you want good meat, go to a butcher or Central Market, Costco meats are too inconsistent. And never, ever buy Kirkland batteries, they just don't last very long, if they work at all. . Indoor furniture- overpriced low quality stuff only. Returning furniture, especially from Costco.com, is a nightmare too - Costco.com doesn't even care about customer service anymore, those days are long gone. I think some of the employees in the store act poorly, but the phone customer service for Costco.com is the WORST. They have good return policies, but more times than not, it involves sparring with a cs agent that doesn't want to honor the policy- probably incentivized to turn a return request into an item the customer keeps. Don't expecti the delivery service to do anything besides dump unassembled items on your floor or driveway and leave- because they use Ceva for deliveries and they are the bottom feeders of residential delivery services. Costco lets you know that it's not their problem, it's a delivery company problem, and yet they're using the same delivery services for years, in spite of all the complaints. Do some price checking before assuming that the Costco price is a good deal.

This is the worst Costco I've ever been to, due to the costumer service. The employees are extremely rude. After having a bad experience the last time i went in this location, i decided to try again and no surprise an employee working self checkout yelled at my friend for placing the cardboard loading box on the weight scale for just a minute to set her purse down to scan, then later on accusing me of not scanning an item when everything was scanned. Stepping right in front of me to count my items and realizing i was right, gave me a dirty look and walked off. This specific employee followed me half way to the exit staring at me. I will not be spending my money here any longer. Train your employees to treat people better. Thanks for ruining my Costco experience Fort Worth location !!!
