Called to see if I could order ahead for pizzas and this guy named Tommy answered. He immediately hung up on me the first time. When I called back, he was so rude and had such an attitude telling me “Nope can’t order pizzas before 11:20.” If you can’t do it, that’s fine, but there’s no need to be rude to the customers about it. Will be taking my business elsewhere for future pizzas.

Price is hard to beat, variety could be a lot better. Only have cheese or pepperoni pizza, should offer combo or meat lovers for full pizzas. Drink machines are hit or miss and each of the 4 have different flavors for a specific drink (pepsi will taste different from each machine).

Best value food ever ? portions are huge, quality is great, and prices are low. Seating/waiting area is small and filthy though which definitely brings down the experience

This is the worst Costco I've ever been to, due to the costumer service. The employees are extremely rude. After having a bad experience the last time i went in this location, i decided to try again and no surprise an employee working self checkout yelled at my friend for placing the cardboard loading box on the weight scale for just a minute to set her purse down to scan, then later on accusing me of not scanning an item when everything was scanned. Stepping right in front of me to count my items and realizing i was right, gave me a dirty look and walked off. This specific employee followed me half way to the exit staring at me. I will not be spending my money here any longer. Train your employees to treat people better. Thanks for ruining my Costco experience Fort Worth location !!!
