Pharmacy can be a rough experience. I was treated super poorly at the counter and given an incorrect date/time when medication would be ready.
Edit: it’s hit or miss on who you speak with. Samantha was great.

I’ve used this pharmacy since it opened. I’ve never had any issues in person or by phone if I have questions about an Rx. They have offered several suggestions on numerous things from saving money because I have no insurance & using their Rx program, from OTC information & on vaccinations. They’re very friendly, knowledgeable & professional.

I had a concerning experience at this pharmacy when my dog was prescribed the wrong strength medication. Despite the prescription clearly stating a specific strength, the pharmacist dispensed a different strength and marked it as correct. When I brought this error to their attention, expecting accountability, I was met with dismissive responses. The pharmacist's justification that "we are humans and we make mistakes" is simply not acceptable when it comes to matters of health and medication. It's deeply troubling that the pharmacy failed to take responsibility for their error and seemed indifferent to the potential consequences. This lack of accountability is concerning and raises serious doubts about their commitment to patient safety. I urge pet owners to double-check prescriptions and be vigilant when dealing with this pharmacy. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that truly matters, and in this case, the response was far from satisfactory.

Today I went to Costco because AI have a membership, I saw something very disturbing.. It was a small doberman in a sweater but the sweater had a pencil on it and it said "back to school!" but school started MONTHS ago!! That is a LIE. Also someone was wearing a crop top! Very inappropriate.. They weren't even ashamed about it. Good store and good products... I would recommend shopping here they have been nothing but good to me

Most of the time the people here are great, specifically the cashiers. Today ours was super friendly, patient, and helpful. However any interaction we've had with the pharmacists back there has been awful. Today we got Thuy who was absolutely rude from the very start of the interaction and didn't seem to want to deal with us. Within 30 seconds of the start of the interaction she suggested we go elsewhere, and people with her attitude certainly make it more likely for customers to do so. The funny thing is, she was absolutely correct that our animal clinic made a mistake initially (first script we got 6 months ago was for the incorrect size dog), but then failed to recognize her own failure of communication and was abrasive throughout the entire interaction. By starting off with a horrible attitude, she took what could've been a productive and helpful conversation and turned it conentious and unhelpful, nor did she check her own work, nor did she seem happy to talk to another human in the least bit.To top this off, the glitches in Costcos systems definitely create some inconveniences such as not being notified when prescriptions are ready. Their "security procedures" do make sense for things like narcotics, but make very little sense for common pet meds. Actually having the script available makes no difference, nor does the doctors office asking the phone be handed over to the pharmacist. Costco pharmacy at tehama ridge pkwy actually needs a call directly from the office or a fax. Again, makes sense for narcotics or controlled substances, not really for anything else judging by the reaction from the doctors.

Sometimes there's some nice deals, but not many. Mostly overpriced and overpackaged so-called premium items with maybe 3% knocked off the regular prices. The worst thing about this place is the visible employees that act as if they're locked in some hellhole. There are good ones, but there are a few that don't even try to hide their absolute disdain for customers. If this was the original Price Club, they'd be working somewhere else by now or on the dole. They all seem inordinately stressed, so I suspect the problem is with the store manager. The beef is iffy - it can be prime or choice, but half the time the cuts are done incorrectly - often the grain of the beef is cut in such a way that the meat feels mealy. The preparation- is usually much too bloody, but one time the meat was so desiccated a ribeye steak was a pinkish white color. But they do take it back if you return it. If you want good meat, go to a butcher or Central Market, Costco meats are too inconsistent. And never, ever buy Kirkland batteries, they just don't last very long, if they work at all. . Indoor furniture- overpriced low quality stuff only. Returning furniture, especially from Costco.com, is a nightmare too - Costco.com doesn't even care about customer service anymore, those days are long gone. I think some of the employees in the store act poorly, but the phone customer service for Costco.com is the WORST. They have good return policies, but more times than not, it involves sparring with a cs agent that doesn't want to honor the policy- probably incentivized to turn a return request into an item the customer keeps. Don't expecti the delivery service to do anything besides dump unassembled items on your floor or driveway and leave- because they use Ceva for deliveries and they are the bottom feeders of residential delivery services. Costco lets you know that it's not their problem, it's a delivery company problem, and yet they're using the same delivery services for years, in spite of all the complaints. Do some price checking before assuming that the Costco price is a good deal.

This is the worst Costco I've ever been to, due to the costumer service. The employees are extremely rude. After having a bad experience the last time i went in this location, i decided to try again and no surprise an employee working self checkout yelled at my friend for placing the cardboard loading box on the weight scale for just a minute to set her purse down to scan, then later on accusing me of not scanning an item when everything was scanned. Stepping right in front of me to count my items and realizing i was right, gave me a dirty look and walked off. This specific employee followed me half way to the exit staring at me. I will not be spending my money here any longer. Train your employees to treat people better. Thanks for ruining my Costco experience Fort Worth location !!!

This location has by far the worst costumer service I've ever experienced. I have been to this location multiple times now and almost every single time have dealt with something from the staff. Earlier this month I was in line for check out, my purse was in the cart and was opened because I grabbed my wallet to get my membership card. My husband was loading the last of the stuff on to the belt and I glanced down out my kids and went I looked back up I saw the young man that was helping the cashier look inside my purse! Used his finger to open it slightly and look inside! When I said something and grabbed my purse he completely ignored me and spent the rest of the time I was there trying to talk to co-workers near by. Then the cashier miscounted my cash and insisted I didn't give her enough money! I told her that's impossible because I gave her $280 (the bill was $270 something) and of course once she did recount she admitted she was wrong. Maybe just recount it next time and not give the customer attitude? Especially when I'm already upset about your coworker invading my privacy. The next time I went in I decided to use self checkout - it was a small basket and I did not want to deal with anyone that works there. But sure enough there was yet another staff member with an attitude holding up the line because she needed to check everyone's membership card prior to waking up to the self checkout where you SCAN YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD. Of course she was incredibly rude about it when people attempted to just walk right up to the check out like we are all used to doing. These are just two recent encounters that really bothered me but I've had too many to count rude encounters with staff. I mean, I understand that there are two places that you are guaranteed to deal with crappy people - airports and Costco - I don't know why everyone is instantly cranky when entering one of these buildings but if the staff was courteous people wouldn't be so cranky or at least the people that came in happy would leave happy too.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't expect much professionalism from the staff (including management) at this location. They are all extremely rude and seem miserable most of the time.

I've always preferred Costco over Sam's Club. Both have their own brands but Costco doesn't seem to push there's over others as much as the competitor does. They always have a lot of good deals on name brand items as well. This is the one place we can find my beloved Famous Daves Pickles and the large 10 pack of Annies Mac & Cheese, both worth the small price they ask. They always have some monster sized pies in the back where the bakery is, always good. The fruits are usually fresh and there is a separate room for some of it.

The door greeters at this location are awful. They immediately address any issues with rudeness. I believe yelling at someone before they get in the store is never the way to greet people walking into your establishment. The list goes on. I get they may see some crazy people, but you can't judge everyone the same.

Costco might have some good shopping options, but their Citibank card is terrible. They provide no email to contact them. They use a bot. Additionally, they have a terrible dispute system. After using their business credit card for 19 years and shopping their for 25 years, I did not receive a bill last month and they gave me a $30 late fee. First time in 19 years this has happened. It apparantly occurred account I moved. After an hour on hold an agent, simply said, it doesn't matter you have never been late, you have to pay the late fee regardless of not receiving the bill. She was rude. Obviously Citibank nor Costco doesn't care. So I closed my account. They are likely the most rude and horribly set up system of all of the major goods companies I have delt with. Very difficult to communicate with them.

Went in about 10 minutes before closing to get a last minute cake for a marriage proposal. Place was shutting down but ran into an employee named Jessie and I explained my situation. He comes back with another employee named Dillon and these guys are on a mission now, they want to get this cake for me and get it decorated for the party. They both walk off and a couple minutes later come back with Selena, who was on her way home, but they explained the situation and she came back in and found me a cake and decorated it for me. This was such a cool experience! Selena, Dillon, and Jessie made not only my day, but the couple who are to be married. Very cool example of some stand up human beings trying to help a stranger out. That Costco is my go to spot now, because of those employees.
