Coronado's is everything good businesses used to be. They take so much pride in customer service and will do everything possible to help you. I recently attended an Indian wedding in which a sari was required and my shipment was delayed and arrived the day before I left for my trip. Being pregnant, I needed to order a size up to fit my belly but the beaded top portion was way to big. Michelle and Robert assured me they could help me with only one day until my trip. After working on my top for hours upon hours and hand stitching beads, Michelle and Robert hand delivered my garments at 11pm the night before I flew out. No tailor in town can compete with this level of service and expertise. My garments fit beautifully and they saved the day! Cannot recommend enough

I needed a trustworthy tailor in the area that provides high quality work and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I found Coronado’s on Reddit and decided to try them out! Highly recommend their services! They take the time to teach you why they are going to tailor your dress a certain way. You will not leave unsatisfied! This place is cash pay only so please bring cash.Coronado was very sweet with his daughter that helps run the business. They are trustworthy and provide the HIGHEST QUALITY work. 10/10 recommend! They tailored my two engagement photo dresses.

Terrible job, I took my dress to be tailored here. Not only was there a rip in the dress after the seam came completely apart when I wore it for the first time after it was altered. I took it to a new tailor who told me to go back to the tailor who did it because someone with a sewing machine at home could do a better job and that everyone makes mistake and that I should go back and ask him to fix the dress (which he thought was no longer fixable) or to pay for a new one. When I went back to get it fixed Mr. Coronado immediately became aggressive when I told him this and just wanted to figure out what alterations store said that and that he wanted to talk to them. Then he continued to insist that he did not ever rip up clothes and that he would never do something like that. I asked him to fix it multiple times. He was extremely upset that I brought it to another tailor before him but did so because I hate confrontation and I did not want to offend him. He then told me he would not fix it and that I would have to bring him to court. I continued to tell him that I just wanted the dress to be fixed but he just kept saying I want you to bring it like that to court. He continued to get more and more volatile. I was crying as I told him I was supposed to wear this for graduation photos and he just said no no no no. When I walked out he slammed the door on me.

I needed a bridesmaid dress altered and it ended up working fine! Reasonable price and was able to get it done quickly. I just felt like I was having to argue to get my point across. I needed length taken off the dress and the slit to be altered, and when I pointed out that the slit hadn't been fixed, he said that it had been when it clearly hadn't. After arguing with me, he said I was wrong but he would take it up more and then when I came back the second time, he said he realized where he made a mistake the first time. The dress turned out great but it was a little bit of experience getting there.

Prior to my recent experience, I was given a great deal for getting patches sewn on my jacket. This last time, I was given 3 times the price and rude treatment. I had planned on coming back a few more times too...Service: Alterations
