Lady is very nice at the front desk but u wish I knew there was a 3% fee on debit cards because I would rather pay with a credit card. It was $327 for the towning one day only.

I had a flat tire and Tesla Roadside assistance sent Cornish Wrecker to change the tire. The guy couldn't change the tire so he towed it to the nearest Tesla center. During the process of loading my car on his truck, he damaged the front of my car. I tried reaching them to report that they caused this damage to my car and they asked me to send the photos. I sent them the photos of the damage but did not get any response from them what-so-ever after that. I sent them photos of the damage, sent them emails, left them voice mails ....They just ghosted me! I would stay away from them in the future and recommend that you stay away from them too..

Extremely disrespectful on phone. Rates very expensive. Kept quoting 20 more minutes ended up being hours. Finally just had to cancel the tow. Got somebody else out. Horrible.Service: Car towing

Unfortunately had to use a towing service for the first time yesterday. Glad I came across this company. Spoke with a woman the first time I called (as I was just trying to get some quotes) and spoke with a gentleman the second time (to secure their services), and both were very nice and helpful. The driver called me to let me know how soon he’d be arriving at my location, and got there within a timely manner. He, too, was very friendly and helpful. Took him less than 5 minutes to get my vehicle hooked up. He was very safe and careful during transport. I hope I’m never in need of a tow again but in the event I am, I’ll definitely be calling Cornish back.

Said it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait, my grandfather and have been waiting for almost 4 hours before we got any kind of assurance that the driver would be there. Absolutely ridiculous, don’t give false information to paying customers, would not recommend services to anyone.Service: Special vehicle towing

Bunch of trash bag drivers . One of them was speeding taking red lights and almost ran me off the road ? . Bunch of road rage drivers there !!!!

Called them at 12am needing a tow and the dispatcher was friendly and compassionate about the situation. Got somebody to me within the estimated time frame and got our car to the drop off location with no issues. Love the upfront pricing too!

Absolutely horrendous service; their "Parent" company Reiver Towing tows vehicles illegally as well and damages them. We pay for a garage and when we found out that the garage assigned belongs to someone else, we got towed. I don't know what kind of shenanigans they're playing but safeguard yourself and your wallet; Refrain from doing business with them.

Saved me from a nightmare, my car jack slipped while i was changing the tire and left my SUV on the ground with no way to get a jack under it, the driver lifted my truck and helped me get my car back on the road, he was fast and got me rolling in no time at all. Great service.

I contacted this company at 7:45 in the morning to request a tow and was told the driver would be here in 1 to 1.5 hrs. Call them back at 11:00 was told they were super busy but I was 3rd in line should be soon. At 2:30 they said they were fairly certain they could have my truck to the repair shop before it closed at 6:00 but wouldn’t guarantee it. At no point did I receive a call to explain what was going on or receive any communication from the company at all. They are the worst towing company I have ever seen.

Car broke down just after 1AM and after searching around for a few hours I located Cornish Wrecker Service. 45 minutes later and they already had a driver at the pick up point. The driver towed my car home and even placed it in my garage. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICE! Highly recommend and I will definitely keep them in mind for the future. Lastly, EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE!

Do NOT recommend!!! They DAMAGED my vehicle by dropping it off the back of the tow truck because it wasn't properly secured and took me 4 days to get a response from them about the damages asking me to send vehicle info and pictures. Was told to call an hour before I came to retrieve my belongings then was told I'd have to wait until I arrived to call and then it could be an hour or longer before anyone came since it was after hours. Worse tow experience ever, would give negative stars if I could.Service: Car towing
