It was imperative for me to acknowledge Anthony, the G.M. at the Camp Bowie location.
When I contacted him to express my displeasure with a member of his management team, he assured me once he had the opportunity to investigate the problem, he would contact me later in the day. As promised, I did receive a call from Anthony, and the problem was resolved.
It's rare today that companies provide quality customer service. Kudos to RaceTrac for selecting Anthony to oversee a high volume store that can be challenging at times.
I've been doing business with this location since 2019. I look forward to continuing that relationship in the future.

Got a nice little bruise from this stupid locking mechanism on the drink cases. If you're going to put up a lock, maybe make sure it's actually secure

These other reviews have to be fake. They never have grill food ready when I go after work around 5. Staff are rude. I’m going to 7/11 down the street now. They always have food ready & friendly employees.

No matter what time you walk into this location. Every staff member, says hello. I'm updating my review, and leaving the stars. In hope's, that my review doesn't fall on empty years. On 11-17-2023, I entered the store. It was about 9 ish pm. Went to pay for my items, and I was greeted by the most rude employee. He always has a attitude issue and tonight. Was extremely rude to me, the other shift manager. Got after him, I've come in multiple times. Looking to see, if he's working. If he is, I leave and go to another gas station. He asked me, if I was paying with cash or card. I told him cash and he told me. I'm only taking card, why. Because he was counting his register, after he said. The shift leader, this shift leader had long hair, wore glasses. Told him, to ask if he could help, which he did. That guy, deserves a raise. Very welcoming, the one I'm talking about, has curly hair. Dark complexion, keeps his hair in a pony tail. He's been rude to my dad on multiple occasions, probably been like this to a lot of customers. I know racetrack prides themselves on customer service. Which he knows, nothing about. He cannot be that important to this location, I'll keep coming by. If he is there, I'll go somewhere else. Which I shouldn't have too
