I recently purchased a fridge and a living room. The delivery date was set for a Sunday, called to confirm, and everything was good. A couple of hours later, after I confirmed, I received a call from the store saying that I had to confirm which I had already done. They changed the delivery dated without telling me anything. I tried to call the delivery department and the store but nobody knows how to fix it, apparently I was pushed down the list by someone. There is no coordination between the store and the delivery team. Now I have to take time off from work and lose money just because they don't have any coordination. I have been a customer for many years.

We enjoyed looking at everything in the store! Mr Martinez was super informed about everything in his store. We enjoyed him and had fun looking at all the choices for my granddaughter a bed.

I will never buy again in my life, there is, they were unable to help me with $60 dlls that I owed when my purchase was almost 3,000 I gave more in my payments and due to a date error I missed paying the last $60 dlls that I owed them I thought that It was due in the next payment so I waited to give them now I have to pay almost $700. I understand your rules but it was only $60 dlls since you didn't complain when I paid more, bad experience I will never buy from you again.

My mom is literally in there now. She so happens to look at the paperwork before leaving out and notices the monthly payments have changed. She asked them about and they are beating around the bush until my husband said “What about the payments”. The man said the payments are 3+ and my husband said no the other man said the payments are supposed to be 1+. They just tried to scam my mother in law smh. We will never return here. I don’t recommend at all.

Very bad service, the employees always look angry, especially a girl with glasses, and they are very slow to do things as if they don't want to sell. I think that's why they don't have customers.
