The owner Emily was so helpful! I had a poor experience at another cleaners and they didn't get the stain out of my dress so I brought it to her and she got it out in less than 5 minutes!! I've been to her before and should've stuck with what I know - her and her staff at incredible and the turnover time in great!! Thank you so much!!

I came in 3 hours before an interview, with a shirt still in the package. Jodie (I hope I spell that correctly) took my shirt, had it pressed and ready for me within a hour!! It looked great and I got the job. Not even kidding, I am doing a mid-life pivot, changing professions, and they definitely helped me get the job!!Highly recommend this cleaners and will be using them from now on.Thank you Jodie and all involved!!Service: Clothes pressing

I took in my new wedding which had clear sequence. When I picked it up the sequence was a dingy yellow. I was devastated. I spoke with the owner, who immediately said she has never had a complaint in 30 years and there was nothing she would do about it. I offered to bring it in and show her the before photos. She said even if I did, she could not do anything about it. Not even a refund, partial refund or a sorry. I was blown away be her ugly, I dont care attitude. My wedding is October 23rd! And I cannot afford to purchase another dress.

Spoke with a lady on the phone about their services and she was very snarky and condescending. Will not be going there and based on the other reviews, my clothes will be better for it.Maybe try and make a better first impression.

I have been going here for years regardless to where I move to I always go this location even when I lived in Crowley I would make the drive because of the quality of work and the great people there

Updating my review to state that I was not notified that they could not remove a stain from my jacket. Instead I was charged a ridiculous amount to have it "cleaned" and a tag was hidden inside of the jacket stating they could not get it clean but this is their way of notifying me. Would absolutely never recommend taking your clothes here to be cleaned if you actually want them cleaned at affordable prices. I would be way more understanding if they would have just been honest about not being able to clean the jacket instead of charging a lot and acting like it was cleaned when I picked it up.

My experience at comet cleaners was fantastic. The staff are always welcoming and enthusiastic, and they do a great job with my clothes. They have quick and efficient service and I couldn’t have asked more out of my dry cleaning experience. I would highly recommend this establishment to all of my friends and family. All of their workers from top to bottom are very good at what they do. The young man that was pulling off clothes on Monday mornings in the back was friendly and good at his job.

My family has gone to this cleaners for years, but never again! Don’t take children here. There are usually little dogs running around and the workers don’t mind being offensive toward customers. The two sisters running this place are a joke. Usually the nice sister intercepts the evil sister. Every year there is some new rule so that they will not have to clean your clothes. Telling me that they have destroyed the buttons on my shirts and that I must pay more because of it is ridiculous! These people are out of their minds.
