Best place EVER! Service is always quick! They always rember my face when I walk in, they don’t even need to asking any questions my clothes are already racked for me to pick up and go:) super sweet lady’s every single one of them. Even if somthing looks tough they will always try!

Was quoted $10 for an outfit (had 2) when picked up was told it was $48
I asked for a breakdown even at $12 outfits it didn’t add up to $48
When I told the lady my husband was quoted $10 an outfit she said best she can do was $12
I said that’s fine, I guess I need then, it’s frustrating that you go in get quoted then they try and charge you more.
When I told her that she made a rude comment back to me I told her that there’s no need for her to respond to me like that. Ultimately, she is a business and the customer should always be right. I do understand if she doesn’t want to honor the price that was verbally given to me, but there’s no need for her to act the way she did, very bad definitely will not be going back and word-of-mouth goes along way.

I love this place! I had an expensive dress that had water damage and other problems that happened to it from taking it to another cleaner. Not only did someone come out to consult with me about what could possibly be done, but they tested it while I was there and told me their course of action to fix my dress. I have never had service like this before. It was amazing. I will be going here anytime I need to take something to the cleaners. Very friendly service, very very helpful.

I have been a customer of the Bastrop location for over 10 years and the last several months the service has deteriorated a lot. Always been able to drop off by 9am and get after 5:30 but now that is only available when they feel like it. Again this morning I was there by 8 and told they were done taking same day service for the day. Time for a new cleaners to spend my $300 to $400 per month.

I had absolutely horrible experience with Comet Cleaners at 1800 Independence Pkwy McKinney location. I would avoid this location at all cost. They are extremely unprofessional and horrible service.

comet deliberately lied to me. I asked if they could make an alteration by a certain day, and they promised me that they could, while knowing fully well that they would be closed on that day. Don't trust Comet, they are liars

2 times now they have opened significantly later than posted hours. When addressed with the clerk she just things happen.Prices are fair, quality of work is fine but you never know when they will be open. Save yourself the aggravation and just go somewhere else.

Jeans never showed up, but owners made right. Reimbursed for the jeans and happy with thatI would give 0 stars if possible. Take pair jeans to get starched. Pick them up get ready for big date night. Wrong pair of pants. So angry!Service: Dry cleaning

Walked in and everyone just stared at me. Made me feel real uncomfortable to even ask a question. However I proceeded to ask if they would be available for same day service. Oh I failed to mention prior to this I had went to Comet cleaners down the street and a young lady said the drop off location was at Family Cleaners next to the shell. So I sped down to only be told it was their cut off was at 9am. I look down at my phone and it was 9:08am. Had i know I would of gone straight there because Comet cleaners is the one who has same day service advertised on their website. I only had a pair of kids pants that I wanted lightly starched. Never did they ask well let me see what you have or try to assist in any way. I should mention that I’ve never used dry cleaners in the past but I definitely won’t go there again. Trust me I get their is a cut off time, but at least try to be more helpful.
