I Ask for heavy starch and dry clean. Once we picked up our items, our clothes were soft, when asking about the heavy starch that we requested the lady there stated they us an Organic solution, and they do not do heavy starch. I was distraught because when I dropped off our items, the lady working there ask how we wanted our clothes, and we told her heavy starch. My husband is a cowboy, and his jeans Are always Stiff. The clothes we're soft as baby skin and the lady was very rude when I ask about my clothes not having heavy starch. To make it even better, my dry clean clothes looked like two blind cats done the job. I do not recommend This cleaner at all.

Totally the rudest customer service that one can ask for. Clothes came back very soft after asking for heavy starch the lady there basically said we do not add heavy starch like other cheap dry cleaning companies. I was like madam my clothes feel like they have 0% of starch in them. She said have a nice day!! Why didn't I read these reviews first?

Worst cleaners ever and a one-star is overrated. They completely ruined our clothes and never said a word to us once we picked our clothes up. Once we made it home and finally looked at or clothes, I immediately called the store, and the lady told me to bring the clothes back up there. Once I made it back to the store and showed the lady our items that they ruined, she immediately defended her store and said:” Did you read the back of the receipt”? No, I replied!! She boldly stated,” We are not responsible for damaged items,” and I should have read the back of my Receipt, she did not even apologize to make the Situation just a Little better, she got very Defensive. When asking for a refund she offered us a discount the next time we come in :( We will never go back to this location. I glad my job was more understanding than them because I had to all new uniforms due to this cleaner ruining six work shirts and four pairs of my dresses.

Can you please do my clothes right? This is the third time that my clothes looked like my kids ironed them and they are 2 and 5 years old. We asked for medium starch and there are more wrinkles in my clothes than ever before. Stay away from this Comet Cleaners on South Hulen!!
