Came here for some blood work and the two women were professional, informative & there was no wait. Completely painless which makes me very happy. I def recommend if you have some required blood work like myself.

4/25/2022. Before noon. I'm not sure what the gentleman's name was who helped me and did my tests but he was extremely professional, had an excellent beside manner and was very quick and proficient. He had my blood drawn and was done in minutes, on the first try and it didn't hurt at all. That's twice I've come to this location and I don't regret it at all!

I have been using CPL in Austin and never caught attitude like Miranda(maybe Marissa) gave me today. She’s rude, unhelpful and because of her I’ll be switching my lab work to another place entirely. I called 2/15/22 at approximately 11am

Such a wonderful and easy experience. The sweet lady at the front desk was so helpful and she made the blood draw quick and painless. I went around 10am on a Tuesday and didn't have a wait at all. 5 stars! Would totally recommend.
