My Lil nigglet has multiple tumors, with infection. They were so precise with detailed information on the procedure needed. I was given antibiotics for my pup. Very nice staff, clean and comfy environment. I truly appreciate that they cut her nails. I didn't notice till we were almost home.?? I've gotten every nail clippers a dog can have. My dogs r so smart ,they know what clippers are,and they run to their rooms when I say "Clip nails"!! I'll update after the surgery etc. But until then,"Thank You Cityview Animal Hospital" !!!!

Took my kitten here to get him neutered, I was forced to wait a month and pay a $160 first time patient visit.. fine, I get it. When I finally took him in, I was presented with a $400 vet bill for his NEUTER. They had medication on the bill that they don't even give to cat, so when I asked about it, they took it off and stated "I don't know why that's on there, we don't provide the cats with that." There were more items on there that did NOT need to be. Aka a cat surgery vest for him to recover... HIS BALLS ARE BEING REMOVED (he doesn't need a vest.) This is clearly how they fluff the bill up to make more money off each procedure. Picked up my kitten and told me they gave him medication to keep the pain away (which is fine, I would have said to give it to him.) BUT THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL ME TO ASK ME IF THEY CAN ADMINISTER THAT TO HIM, they just did it and expected me to pay it. Which again, I did pay for it and I would have said yes to give it to him but if I'm PAYING for a procedure I'd like to be looped into whatever else is being put on his bill so I can prepare myself for this payment. Long story long, I would 12/10 NOT recommended this place. A blind hobo can find a pair of cat balls and remove them better than this place. Probably could communicate more efficiently than them as well. I'm extremely upset this is where I decided to take my pet. Will not be returning.

I've been going to Cityview for at least 10 years. They're the only vets I've ever used that I have total trust in.

Worst place to take your dog in an emergency, they wouldn't even look at her cause she didn't have an appointment. Glad she wasn't seriously hurt. THEY ARE NOT A HOSPITAL so don't waste your time if it's a need help immediately situation.

The vet is very nice, courteous and appears to have a genuine interest in our dogs health. The price is reasonable and the visits do not take very long. Great vet!

Ruby was diagnosed with a heart murmur, enlarged left ventricle & increased potential for CHF. Drs. Kim Warren & Randy Jones were thorough, sympathetic, & thoughtful. Chest X-ray confirmed diagnosis & blood tests will target a treatment protocol. She is still active, alert, & acting like her old self. The team made special efforts to minimize the cost of treatment. Thanks to all for job well done.

Always fair and straight forward care for our dog. No drama, no price gouging, very compassionate, great follow up. We have had surgery and routine care for our dogs here. We have been to other big names in town and this is the best we've experienced.

Love LOVE LOVE!!!! this vet. Will never ever go anywhere else. They are always so patient. I have only had one scheduling problem and they called me the minute they had a cancellation so they could fit my baby in. They always explain things so well for me since i am still a pretty new pet momma.

We moved from Dallas to Fort Worth almost a year ago, and the most nerve-wracking part of it was finding a new vet nearby, especially with our Dallas vet retiring. Upon recommendations, I gave Cityview Animal Hospital a try, and I have been so, so happy with the vet and technician care and front desk staff. My English Bulldog is turning 7 and his knee joints have been giving him issues, but I trust Dr. Lott and his team. They go above and beyond with caring for your fur baby, and Dr. Lott takes time to explain the medical issues and manage expectation, while also making sure the pet parents leave feeling good about path forward. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr Lott and Cityview Team!

From the front desk to the techs and of course, the vet - everybody is nice and professional. The doctors take the time to explain everything and always spend time with us to insure we know how our cats are doing. And just as good as all that is - they are affordable!
