Maddy was fantastic! I needed a firm mattress and an adjustable frame, and I needed them yesterday. One phone call and she got answers. The mattress (DreamCloud Premiere) and frame (Zero Gravity adjustable) were in stock in the size I needed. She helped me load them, which was a pain because of the layout/location of the store and no fault of hers, and I have a very happy mother who is recovering from hip surgery and couldn't sleep on the mattress she had.I'm trying to figure out how to get a California King mattress home to Michigan in the car!

I called to order an adjustable base. Maddy gave me a great price right away. It was very competitive and she helped me finance my purchase in less than 10 min. It was the easiest and smoothest transaction I’ve ever had with a mattress store, or any store. I highly recommend City Mattress. The store people are incredibly nice and helpful.

Very good selection of beds across all price ranges. We chose the City Mattress high end medium. Felt better than the Dream Cloud and Nectar - both very highly rated.Katherine was very helpful even though she had only been there three weeks

Maddy was friendly, knowledgeable and was not a pushy obnoxious seller. We were given a phone call 30 minutes, before delivery. They took our old mattress away. The delivery fee is very reasonable. If you prefer buying something made and sold locally go to City Mattress Factory!

I spoke to them on the phone first and they were very knowledgeable and helpful! Once in the store they gave me a friendly greeting immediately and let me look around without being pushy while I looked. Great choices in mattress, etc.

What a fantastic experience shopping for and eventually buying a mattress. My two little girls and I invaded the store one afternoon to scout out a new mattress. Manny meet us and was fantastic throughout the experience both with his knowledge and help narrowing down our options to a few that fit our budget and desires and with accommodating two energetic little girls trying out all the beds.We went back a few days later with Mommy to finalize a list and were helped by Maddie. She was also fantastic!Throughout this whole process I never felt pressure from either salesperson.I was also impressed with the perceived quality of the beds, the fact that they're made locally in Fort Worth and their 20-year warranty.Great experience. Hope we don't need another bed too soon but if we replace our guest bedroom bed will know where to come!

i went here thinking i was just going to look. I never expected to find so many mattresses that fit my needs and at a great price for the excellent materials used on them and Locally made mattresses and 20hrs warranty , a straight forward buying , delivery of your purchase and a few accessories that make such a difference in your sleep day after day. Manny took me through a whole presentation which enabled me to get educated and confidently find the mattress for me. There is so much value from materials and technology inbedded in this mattress. I feel like i got the best mattress in town

Absolute BEST experience ever buying a bed! Manny Sifuentes was the most helpful, professional and courteous representative of City Mattress. I will forever buy any future beds from this place! Overall price, quality and stellar customer service is 1000 percent better than any mattress firm store experience I’ve ever had.
