Excellent selections and wonderful customer support. I was looking for something in a rush, this location didn’t have it that day, but I was able to go to the factory showroom on Reisinger Road and pick it up the next morning. Great to work with a local factory and showroom.
The mattress is both soft and supportive. It’s perfect for us.

I haven't received my mattress yet but what I do have to say about City Mattress is that I spoke to Hunter and I explained what I wanted and needed from a mattress, durability, quality, comfort and at a reasonable price. Hunter was able to explaine and was very passionate about what City Mattress had in quality and also explained that City Mattress Factory is hear in Texas and was very proud of that fact. I went into this store with no high hopes because my journey looking for a mattress was an expensive one I went into others stores and they were asking for way more then I was able to afford. City Mattress allowed me to get a quality mattress at an affordable price, I left that day buying a mattress box springs and when I'm able to get my mattress and spend some sleepy nights ? on it I will update this review. Thank you Hunter and City Mattress Factory!

Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and allowing us to shop our way for a mattress. No pressure. Upfront and honest. Family owned and Texas made. Best experience we have ever had. The location 8501 Airport Freeway in Fort Worth. I hate that I forgot the gentleman’s name but he is amazing. Thank you so much.

I visited based on recommendations from previous customers. Don helped pick out the best matress type for me and Hunter helped me place the order when I was ready. Great service so far and I can't wait to sleep on my new matress!

Went there with little to no knowledge. Hunter was very kind and very knowledgeable and let us know everything about these different mattresses. We actually made a purchase and it will be coming in soon. They also offer 100 night trial as well to see if you like the mattress or not. Please do your business here!

They were at least $160 less expensive than other brands. I have been searching for a mattress for months. All the large matress retailers carry the same ones and their prices were outrageous. I finally found City Mattress Factory North online. We went straight there and the Pro Gel Foam mattress was amazing!! I did not try any other ones and purchased it on the spot. They have a 20, yes a 20 year warranty and are made locally!

My husband and I walked into City Mattress looking for a specific kind and Jeremy was able to locate it and provided great customer service!A few days later we ended up purchasing the mattress and Maddie was able to assist with setting up the delivery! Both Jeremy and Maddie were very professional and kind . The delivery guys were awesome too! Great experience overall and loving our new mattress! Thabk you City Mattress !

I had to get a new bed quickly as I moved in from out of state. Donald helped in selecting one and getting it delivered and installed in my new home. I slept on it for the first time last night and was quite satisfied. Donald was a pleasure to deal with. He seems like a stand-up guy, and he sure made me feel welcome to Fort Worth.
