Poor service not enough staff long wait times

Absolutely the worst place! It took the guy technician over 2.5 hours (while in the chair getting a pedicure at the same time) to do my nails and he still didn’t finish and had to ask for help. He cut me so many times to the point of drawing blood either from a file or the file drill. Then after the gel was applied on top of solar nails (which I asked for acrylic and wasn’t told till the end but thought the color was odd) the gel left bubbles which looked like tiny dents all over which were not noticeable till I left and got in the sunlight and then bam they were everywhere. My daughter and I were on a super time crunch and I had already complained about the time but I went back any way to discuss the matter. They were well aware of my time conflict (my daughter had out of town tournament hence after 2.5 hrs I was complaining) and when I showed them my nails, they tried to get me to sit down and fix it. Excuse me but clearly the gel requires filing to get it off. I clearly did not have time for that. The correct response was a refund or credit or something useful after making me bleed multiple times, not shaping or filing near the cuticle, and the ridiculous amount of time it took. After I spent $180 with a tip!!!!!!!!!! The worst nail spa ever!! My nails are so bad around the cuticle that my hair gets stuck in them. Do not go here.

Not a good experience! They have you scan a QR code for the services and prices, which is fine. However, they charge more than the price on the menu. She said it was a M-W pricing, but it doesn’t state that anywhere and not on their website either. The lady who did my nails barely said 5 words to me. The polish is on my fingers after the manicure. Definitely will not be back!

Honestly not one to EVER leave a review but I did NOT have a good experience here. I asked for dip, short, almond shaped and natural nails. I had asked the nail tech guy to make them shorter a couple of times. He explained to me that with the shape they would look longer. I explained again I have a baby and I need them shorter. He advised giving it a day or two and if I still wasn't happy with the length I could come back in and have someone file them down for me. I went back in on Monday when they opened and the lady at the front seemed flustered and didn't seem to want to help me. I explained that I couldn't come back at 730pm due to my husband working nights and I only have a "sitter" in the mornings. So I had no choice but to go somewhere else to have my nails redone. When I called back to speak to the owner I was told he would not be in until later. He called me back today at 430pm and told me he would not be refunding me my money. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Especially for the price !!!

Very friendly staff but I won’t be back. I’ve been here twice and the first time I said I wouldn’t be back. I was hoping it was under new management the second time. A dip and pedicure took almost 3 hours, they gave me a color I didn’t pick and my nails were so uneven I had to file them myself when I got home. If you have all the time in the world then you will love it but I don’t have 3 hours. They are very understaffed and it shows.

Judy just did my nails. I walked in and asked for the menu. There was a QR code. I told her I wanted French tips. I had a previous set. Age was gonna try to pop them off with another mail. I told her no. I didn't get the french because I had a emergency. So I told her nevermind. Just add a clear coat. It was 60 dollars for this! On the menu there isn't any indication for a up charge for length. I asked her why was it so much. She said because of length. Don't go here unless you want ppl to pull prices out of their
