Working with City Bank Mortgage, specifically Keller Crowley, was the best experience I, or anyone could ask for during the intense home buying process. Keller and the team were always on top of everything and walked me through each process to make everything as smooth as possible. Keller made me feel like I was not only buying a home, but gaining a friend and joining a community. Thank for all of your help!

My experience with City Bank was great! The loan officer that I worked with (Jim Bane) is incredibly available, provides great service, and goes above and beyond during the closing process. I’d highly recommend working with City Bank (and Jim Bane’s team specifically) when you need to get a mortgage.

Brooks and his associates are so professional, yet made me feel like they were my personal friends, even though we had never met. My husband and I wanted to express our thanks to Brooks and his team at City Bank Mortgage.We were treated so well and Brooks always went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and to help us in any way he could.This is not an easy market to try and purchase a home, but Brooks found a way to make it work for us and help us get the home we wanted.I highly recommend Brooks and will definitely not hesitate to use him again if and when we decide to purchase a house in the future.
