Bad service and the poorest Customer Service we’ve ever experienced. We even upgraded our line and started paying $160 per month back in September for better service. Did the service improve? Nope! we still had issues. We are unable to work unable to have online classes for my son and we had zero understanding from the company despite our calls and complaints. Finally a technician was sent out and guess what, they tried to blame it on us, and didn’t even offer to refund us at least for the service we did not have.We canceled our service and are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We had two witnesses present when the technician told us, he had trouble finding the signal and that it was up to Customer Service to see if anything else needed to be done. And to think that we tipped the technician twice, $20 each time! Cirra Networks, we are once again asking for the refund of the amounts charged for the services we did not get since September!

They contacted us to help us out and make our service better. Instead we got basically a useless service. I work from a home office and I can no longer do my job. We called and asked them to undo whatever they did and they told us to cut trees and buy a tower from them. Uhhhh, it was perfectly before they came out and screwed it up! Long time customer. Never had a complaint. I guess they’re good till they aren’t.

Believe the reviews. Horrible customer service. The internet is mostly reliable, but good luck when it goes out. Stay far away unless you have no other option.

Be aware that when you cancel your service, they leave the antenna on your roof. Mine is about 12 - 15 ft tall and incredibly unsightly. I wouldn't recommend this company.

My household has been a customer for 7 years. In that time we have experienced very reliable service. The few times an issue has come up, I have always been able to speak directly to a person. If you call during office hours, they answer the phone. The hours are also extended past normal business hours which is a great help. The service does a great job keeping up with streaming TV, working multiple programs on a laptop and varrious other wifi devices. There are more options in our area now but due to the service and value I will not be leaving Cirra anytime soon.

Very nice on the phone, lacking in repair times. And a long with others the only reason we use them is lack of providers. Can’t wait for Starlink.

100 mb for 800 a month which is broadband susceptible to rain fade which is on 5ghz meaning you won’t even get 100 mb how they are still in business is mind boggling as that rate is a rate that should include boring fiber to the home with 1 gig service at least. I suggest Nextlink over this high priced , overly saturated spectrum.

If i could give zero stars I would. This company is a joke! After 4 years of service they all of sudden said out signal is weakening everyone else and wants us to put up a $3000 tower to continue services. They shut our service off even though we have a tech schedule to come out in 3 days to move our equipment to a tower. It is bullcrap and the manager won't even talk to me when I try and call to get a better explanation. We always paid on bill on time and they are still refusing our money to continue the service for 3 more days until a tech can get here. We expressed we both work from home and they do not care. The crazy part is our service is the same speed as it was 4 years ago when they installed.

no customer service guarantee things that they can't stand behind. got the most expensive business plan which is dedicated internet all my business is online they started to work on the tower without any heads up and when asked what they are going to do because this was causing me to lose business they said they are doing everything to get it up and running no discount or credit to compensate me and even told me to get a backup internet. which kind of beats the purpose of having a dedicated line how bad does your service have to be for me to get a backup internet service . worst customer service I have ever had.

Great service and the staff are awesome! It's a locally owned North Texas company, so it's nice to know the money isn't going to some big corporate conglomerate.

I have had Cirra Networks for over a year now, and they have been outstanding compared to the other companies that we have used. I didn't go by the reviews online, I decided to give it a shot and I am so glad I did. They are fantastic!

Unfortunately I did not read Yelp reviews before I signed up with this company. I am still very new to this service, and to date they have been very responsive to insuring good signal. My chief complaint at this time is that before getting signed up, I asked, and was told purchasing equipment for my service (install) was about $99. After two trips my install cost total to date is $410.87. This does not include the additional cost of a wireless router which they did inform me would be up to me to purchase. Office has been friendly and responsive to date. Installer was very professional. My bad,,, should have done my homework! Again, I am in this under 1 week at present. I hope my experience will not be like others whom wrote in on this.

I’m only passionate about one thing, the discuss I have for the lack of service I get through this company. Never fails! Every day and night I get buffering and low mbps speeds. Even connected through Ethernet cable and everyone asleep in the house my streams buffer. VERY unhappy!
