“Lauren (I saw in another review that she is a manager at the Tanger location in Ft. Worth) was exceptionally helpful! I was looking for an 18 month size in a clearance item, but did not have the number needed to look it up. Once again, she took a lot of time to search for the item online and in other stores. She advised me to call back with the needed number (I had it at home, over an hour away), which I did. She was able to find the item in a store nearer to me, called that location to confirm and ask for it to be held for me. I told her how much I appreciated her “five-star” help. She replied that they are there to help the customer in any way they can. It is RARE to experience GREAT customer service-even if with just a smile and pleasant attitude-let alone, going out of the way to go beyond good customer service to help a customer. This lady deserves a promotion!!”
“Nothing short of amazing! I called needing Knee-high socks when a delivery fell through. They answered and texted me pictures of options and I had them purchased within a few minutes. I swung by to pick them up and they had the bag waiting and ready for me. They even offered to walk it out to my car. Such a local gem! Thank you so much for your service. “The store was a bit hard to find using google maps however it was easily found when I asked a local. The ladies at the counter were very friendly.

“This is by far my favorite Old Navy location! The store was clean and well organized. Customer service was amazing... every team member that I encountered greeted my son and I, they were very pleasant and willing to help us find exactly what we needed. “My husband was going to guitar Center. I happen to see store next door. I’ve recently received custody of my 2 1/2 year-old granddaughter. She was in need of some things. I thought I would just go in and look around first thing I saw when I walked in the door all the beautiful hair bows ,you had for the girls, I found items I could not resist,Everything was so nice especially your staff .”
“They have a lot of cute stuff but there clothes run small in my experience with my nieces and nephews and now with my son. I only go when there is a sale but some of their stuff is overly priced. Overall it's a good store especially for baby clothing.”
“Ordered online, the order came in without any issues. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. I went to my local Old Navy and the sales associate, Ben, was very helpful and professional! He switched out my items for the correct size and then handled the return/ exchange for me. It was a wonderful experience!”
“Has to be the most customer friendly "treat you like fam" but still a business place out of any establishment of the same industry. There's about a billion of these all over the metroplex and although you've got some really good ones either for atmosphere, location, venue, variety, or even win-to- lose ratio, that draws you to one particular place or another, for whatever reason, win lose or break even, this place has a warmth about it that just makes it stand apart from the others. It's just a good place with good people. Also helps that people know not to act up here also. Oh, it's been tried a few times but any wreckless or disruptive commotion is quickly brought to a halt and delt with. The staff is well trained and at the end of the day I feel safer here than my own place sometimes. Never change staff, the chemistry that yall have does not go unnoticed and is a blessing and a benefit to everyone that crosses your paths. Have a good night.”

“Worth the drive! stroller fits through most of store. Floors are clean most of the time. Mostly women's some men and little of girls, boys and babies. A bathroom is close by but not inside store. Parking lot spaces also can be found right next to store.”
“All I have is one word for my experience and that’s Lucy! Lucy went above and beyond to help me find a blazer that was at a different location. She put the blazer to the side and even helped me find a blouse to match. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. If you didn’t know you would have thought we were friends. “Nowadays this is a rarity...a fully stocked department store with a friendly staff. Check this photo out...I found what I fit and it was much less expensive than I thought it would be. 200 bucks for 3 shirts 1 jeans 2 shorts. Note, the mall outside the department store is as dead as disco...albeit with a movie theatre”

“I love online ordering for pickup! They do have curbside available, but I really don't mind the extra steps of walking inside and waiting at the counter for my order. My main concern was not wanting to drive to Alliance only for it to not be in stock, pickup secured my doubts! I saw they have shipping as well which would've been my next choice, thankfully I didn't have to wait for it. I ordered a baby swaddle blanket to help my baby sleep better at night. She's rolling over and getting uncomfortable which wakes herself up again. This swaddle seems to help alleviate that for her! I ordered the fleece material which seems like it would be too hot, but I put her nighties on underneath and she doesn't overheat at all. Anyway, the process of picking up my online order was easy! They don't open until 10am which is a bit late, but I just run all my other errands first then come by here last thing. No complaints.”

“OLD NAVY PRICES ARE RIDIC! So i only go when there's a sale! Great memorial day sale going on ... half off MOST things so I got a cute maxi dress for twenty plus With my rewards I got a pair of high rise FLARE jeans for free. Awesome. If you're a curvy bodied lady looking for flare jeans check their current offerings out. The HIGH RISE ones. My waist to hip ratio is large which often creates that ugly gap but these weren't bad at all. Nice stretch helps with that. The mid rise baggy wide leg looked so good on me but must go to the seamstress. The gap was huge. They were fifty bucks... not on sale and I know my seamstress will charge twenty for the waist take in so I skipped those jeans today.”
